UPON SHUTDOWN A EXCEEDANCE WAS NOTED FOR HIGH HYDRAULIC PRESSURE. AFTER TROUBLESHOOTING / HUMS DOWNLOAD IT WAS NOTED THAT HYDRAULIC PRESSURE HAD REACHED 3340 PSI. CONDUCTING RUNUPS RESULTED IN #2 HYDRAULIC PRESSURE NOT BEING VERY STEADY / VERY WEAK REGULATION. REPLACED #2 HYDRAULIC PUMP. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.

DURING SPECIAL 25 HOUR TAIL ROTOR BLADE INSPECTION, OUTBOARD BLADE WAS NOTED TO BE DEBONDED FROM TAIL ROTOR PITCH HORN.
DURING FLIGHT #1 SIDE MFD PRODUCED FAIL MESSAGE. WOULD NOT REBOOT.
RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR DOWN LOCK LIGHT WOULD NOT ILLUMINATE ON GEAR PANEL. APPROACH TO HOSPITAL ABORTED AND AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO HANGAR. MAIN GEAR TESTED TO ENSURE DOWN AND LOCKED. TESTING REVEAL RIGHT MAIN GEAR WIRE HARNESS DOWN SENSOR INOPERATIVE. THE WIRE HARNESS REPLACED AND AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
NR 2 MCDU FAILURE LIGHT ON POWER UP. LOCATED BROKEN WIRE AT CONNECTOR PLUG P180R PIN 39, MCDU HEALTH DISCREET TO VMM P100R B H05 PIN. WIRE WAS TOO SHORT UPON ORIGINAL INSTALL, REULT CAUSED BREAKAGE
RIGHT MLG HARNESS CAUSING LANDING GEAR POSITION INDICATION FAULTS. ABORTED APPROACHED. RETURNED TO BASE. GEAR CONFIRMED DOWN PRIOR TO LANDING. INSTALLED SEGMENT (S26 LEG) REMOVED FROM REPLACEMENT HARNESS AND INSTALLED.

MAIN ROTOR TIP CAP SCREWS/ MAIN ROTOR BLADE. HAD ONE (1) SCREW CRACKED, NR 1 UPPER POSITION LEADING EDGE. REPLACED AT 292.2 A/C HOURS. HAD ONE (1) SCREW CRACKED NR 1 BOTTION POSITION LEADING EDGE.
