(AS MEASURED) SCREW IS NOT CONTACTING COMPLETELY AROUND THE HEAD OF SCREW. CORROSION IS APPEARING AT THE FIRST THREE THREADS OF ALL SCREWS. THE LARGE SCREWS, INSTALLATION TORQUE-100 IN/LBS. BREAKING TORQUE RANGED FROM 200 IN/LBS TO 110 IN/LBS.
BLACK BLADE (COLOR CODED) TIP CAP SCREWS M/R LEADING EDGE AND BOTTOM ROW. NR 1 SCREW BROKEN. CORROSION AROUND SHANK OF SCREWS (ALL) SCREW HAD BEENN WORKING WITH BREAK ABOUT 90 PERCENT THROUGH THE SCREW WITH THE LAST 10 PERCENT BREAKING WHEN SCREW REMOVED. FIRST FIVE SCREWS FROM LEADING EDGE TOP AND BOTTOM, INSTALLATION TORQUE IS (BOOK) 100 IN/LBS BREAKAWAY TORQUE TO REMOVE THESE SCREWS WAS RANGING FROM 130-170 IN/LBS. (LARGE SCREW) LAST FOUR, SMALL SCREWS, TOP AND BOTTOM (8) INSTALL TORQUE 30 IN/LBS, REMOVE BREAKAWAY TORQUE 30-50 IN/LBS.(K)
BLUE BLADE TIP CAP M/R SCREW. CORROSION AROUND ALL SCREWS, FIRST TWO THREADS. SEVERAL SCREWS APPEARED TO NO HAVE A FLUSH MOUNTING UNDER THE SCREW END. LENDING EDGE TOP SCREW HAD DEVELOPED A CRACK ( 90 PERCENT THROUGH SCREW) AND BROKE UPON REMOVAL. LARGE SCREWS, INSTALLATION TORQUE 100 IN/LBS BREAK AWAY TORQUE UPON REMOVAL WAS 170-100 IN/LBS.(K)
RED BLADE M/R TIP CAP SCREWS: LARGE SCREWS HAD DEVELOPED CORROSION AROUND TOP TWO THREADS. INSTALLATION, TORQUED LARGE SCREW 100 IN/LBS. REMOVAL (LARGE SCREWS) TORQUE 150-130 IN/LBS. SMALL SCREWS (INSTALL) TORQUE 30 IN/LBS. SMALL SCREWS (REMOVAL) TORQUE 70-30 IN/LBS.(K)
