GEAR DOOR POSITION INDICATOR INTERMITTENTLY FLASHING. CLEANED & LUBED GEAR DOOR POSITION SWITCHES, NO DEFECTS FOUND.
FLAP ACTUATOR HYDRAULIC LINE LEAK. REMOVED & REPLACED THE FLAP ACTUATOR HYD LINE IAW SA227 MM 27-50-00 WPB AM C/W RTS CHECK.
DURING THE E1 INSPECTION OF AN A/B INSPECTION, MX DISCOVERED THE LOWER OUTBOARD SHEAR PLATE (P/N 27-35172-005) CRACKED FROM, THE OUTBOARD EDGE OF THE SHEAR PLATE, INBOARD, ENDING AT THE UPPER, LOWER, MOUNTING SCREW. THE CRACK DOESN'T CONTINUE FROM THIS POINT. IN ADDITION TO THE REQUIRED A/B INSPECTION, THE AIRCRAFT WAS INSPECTED FOR SUSPECTED HARD LANDING. NO ADDITIONAL DAMAGE WAS DISCOVERED. THE SHEAR PLATE WAS REPLACED WITH LIKE PART NUMBER, THE A/B INSPECTION WAS COMPLETED AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED TO SERVICE.
PILOT REPORTED GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT AFTER TAKEOFF. PILOT FOUND EMERGENCY SELECTOR VALVE OUT OF DETENT AND ATTEMPTED TO MOVE THE HANDLE INTO THE DETENT UNDER PRESSURE AND HANDLE SUBSEQUENTLY BROKE. MX REPAIRED HANDLE AND PERFORMED FUNCTIONAL CHECK OF LANDING GEAR EXTENSION AND RETRACTION SYSTEM, FOUND NO DEFECTS AND RETURNED A/C TO SERVICE.
PILOT REPORTED RH WING OVERHEAT STEADY. MX REMOVED AND REPLACED RH MIXING VALVE WITH OVERHAULED. SAFTIED AND SECURED HARDWARE. PREFORMED GROUND RUN OPS AND LEAK CHECK GOOD REINSTALLED PANEL.
PILOT REPORTED RH WING OVERHEAT LIGHT ILLUMINATED AFTER TAKEOFF, FOLLOWED CHECKLIST DEACTIVATED RT BLEED AND CONTINUED TO DESTINATION WITH NO FURTHER ISSUES. MX PERFORMED 30 MIN GROUND RUN ON E1 & E2 WITH BLEEDS AND GENERATORS ON OPS CHECK GOOD COULD NOT DUPLICATE.
WHILE PERFORMING INSPECTIONS REQURIED BY AD 2014-06-01, FOUND A 1.5 INCH CRACK IN THE BS 69.21 BULKHEAD FLANGE BETWEEN STRINGERS 8 AND 9. THE FLANGED WAS REPAIRED.
FLIGHT CREW REPORTED RH WING OVERHEAT WARNING ILLUMINATED DURING FLIGHT. MX FOUND CRACKED MIXING VALVE AND REPLACED.
APPROXIMATELY 12 MINUTES AFTER TAKEOFF, THE RT ENG FIRE WARNING & WING OVERHEAT LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. PILOT PERFORMED EMER STOP FEATHER & FIRED THE FIRE EXTINGUISHER; THE WARNINGS EXTINGUISHED IMMEDIATELY. RETURNED & LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. POST LANDING INSPECTION REVEALED NO FIRE DAMAGE TO THE ENG OR ENG COMPARTMENT. MX PERSONNEL WERE DISPATCHED. DURING ENG RUNS A 2.5 INCH CRACK IN THE EXHAUST DUCT BETWEEN TWO EGT PROBE BOSSES WAS DISCOVERED.
