AUTOPILOT MADE UN-COMMANDED MOMENTARY PITCH INPUTS AT FL230 AND THEN AGAIN AT 4000'MSL. FOUND ELEVATOR TRIM SERVO CLUTCH SLIPPING-OUT OF TOLERANCE. ADJUSTED THE SERVO CLUTCH TO MAINTENANCE MANUAL SPECS.
LT BL AIR FAIL LIGHT ILLUMINATED INFLIGHT. FOUND HOLE IN EVA TUBING CAUSED BY RUBBING AGAINST AIR CONDITIONER LINE. NO TREND NOTED
RIGHT BLEED AIR FAIL ILLUMINATED IN FLIGHT. EVA TUBE WAS FOUND TO BE DISCONNECTED. SECURED THE EVA TUBE WITH NO FURTHER ACTIONS REQUIRED.
WHILE IN FLIGHT, CREWMEMBER NOTICED FUEL LEAKING FROM OVAL ACCESS PANEL ABOVE RIGHT ENGINE NACELLE FUEL TANK. LEAK WAS NOT EXCESSIVE, DECISION WAS MADE TO LAND. MAINTENANCE REMOVED RIGHT NACELLE TANK PANEL, CLEANED FUEL FROM AREA, TIGHTENED HOSE CLAMPS AND VENT LINE B-NUTS. RAN ENGINES, PRESSURIZED FUEL TANKS. NO LEAKS NOTED.
AFTER COMPLETION OF PAR FIFTY (50) FOOT RECORDED RUN, POWER APPLIED AND CLIMB TO ASSIGNED HEADING (360 DEGREES) AND ALTITUDE (3000 MSL) INITIATED. LANDING GEAR RETRACTED WITH POSITIVE RATE OF CLIMB AND APPROXIMATELY 10 DEGREES NOSE UP ATTITUDE. UPON REACHING V2 PLUS 14 KTS FLAPS RETRACTED TO FULL UP POSITION. AS FLAPS MOVED TO FULL UP POSITION, COCKPIT CREW AND THEN REAR CABIN CREW NOTICED STRONG "BURNT TOAST" SMELL THROUGHOUT AIRCRAFT. AIRCRAFT DIVERTED TO HOMEBASE (APPROX 7 NM FROM WORK LOCATION) AND LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. AIRCRAFT GIVEN TO MAINTENANCE WHO CONDUCTED GROUND RUNS AND NOTICED SAME SMELL. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED FORWARD AND AFT EVAPORATOR FILTERS AND RAN ENGINES. COULD NOT DUPLICATE ON GROUND AT ALL ENVIRONMENTAL SETTINGS.
AFTER TAKEOFF RIGHT RUDDER PEDAL VERY STIFF. PILOT DECLARED AN EMERGENCY DURING FLIGHT. GREASED NOSE STEERING. PLACED NOSE ON JACK AND CHECKED FOR DISCREPANCIES ON STEERING AND RUDDER CONTROL. NO DISCREPANCIES NOTED. NO BINDING NOTICED.
ON FINAL, RWY 23 AT KBTL. WHEN POWER LEVERS BROUGHT TO IDLE, AIRCRAFT YAWED LEFT. SUSPECT RIGHT PROP STAYED IN FLIGHT IDLE AND LEFT PROP WENT TO GROUND IDLE. GO-AROUND ACCOMPLISHED. PULLED PROP GOV TEST CB, LANDED UNEVENTFULLY.
ON FINAL, RWY23 AT KBTL, WHEN POWER LEVERS BROUGHT TO IDLE, AIRCRAFT YAWED LEFT. SUSPECT RIGHT PROP STAYED IN FLIGHT IDLE AND LEFT PROP WENT TO GROUND IDLE. GO-AROUND ACCOMPLISHED. PULLED PROP GOV TEST CB, LANDED UNEVENTFULLY. CLEANED REVERSING CABLE AND REPLACED PROP GOVERNOR ON LEFT ENGINE.

ON TURN FOR NDB APPROACH, TECH REPORTED (ELECTRONIC BURNING SMELL). NOTED BY ALL CREW. DECLARED EMERGENCY AND LANDED ICT. ON EVAC, NOTED LIGHT BLUE SMOKE FROM PORT SIDE EQUIPMENT RACK. FIRE DEPT UNABLE TO PINPOINT SOURCE. AN FBO, INVESTIGATED BUT FOUND NOTHING. MAINTENANCE LOOKED EVERYTHING OVER AND FOUND NO EVIDENCE OF SMOKE. OPERATED ALL SYSTEMS AND EVERYTHING WAS OPERATING PROPERLY.
OKC - AFTER TAKEOFF, LANDING GEAR RETRACTED NORMALLY. AFTER APPROXIMATELY 15 MIN INTO FLIGHT, LANDING GEAR INADVERTENTLY EXTENDED. REPLACED LANDING GEAR SWITCH AND LEFT SQUAT SWITCH. FLIGHT TEST SATISFACTORY.
