WHILE CLIMBING OUT OF OGS THROUGH ABOUT 20,000 FT, WE STARTED HEARING A LIGHT WHISTLE FROM THE CABIN. R&R MED PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SEALS.
INCREASED POWER TO TAKEOFF THRUST AND STARTED OUR TAKEOFF. WITHIN 2 SECONDS WE HEARD A RHYTHMIC TICKING. R & R EMERGENCY SHUTOFF VALVE.
AFTER DEPARTURE OF 27L OUT OF KPHL I FELT MY EARS POP. LOOKED DOWN AND THE PRESSURE CONTROLLER WAS BLANK. THIS WAS ABOUT 1500 AGL.
LOUD WHISTLE COMING FROM THE MAIN CABIN DOOR BEGAN AT 33,500FT. LEVELED OFF AT 34000. NO ANNUNCIATOR LIGHTS ILLUMINATED, PRESSURIZATION WAS HOLDING. RE-CONTOURED MED MATING SURFACE TO CREATE SOLID SEAL.
BURNING ODOR DURING CLIMB-OUT. TURNED AIR-CONDITIONER OFF AND THE ODOR BECAME WORSE. ELECTRICAL BURN TYPE ODOR. PRIOR TO DEPARTURE , AC COMPRESSOR FLICKING ON AND OFF AND RIGHT ENGINE AMPS FLUCTUATING BETWEEN 50-150. LEFT ENGINE AMPS FLUCTUATING AS WELL BUT LESS THAN RIGHT. VOLTAGE JUMPING 22-29. SHUT OFF A/C AND EVERYTHING STABILIZED. TURNED A/C BACK ON AND IT WAS STABLE. LANDED ON EMERGENCY BATTERY POWER AND USED EMERGENCY. REMOVED AFT EVAPORATOR ASSY P/N 9912583-10, S/N 784 AND REPLACED WITH AS-REMOVED UNIT P/N 9912583-10, S/N 1048 IAW CE525B MM 21-50-00. OPS AND LEAK CHECK GOOD. RAN AIRCRAFT AT TAKEOFF POWER WITH BOTH BLEED AIR SELECTED AND A/C FAN SELECTED AND TEMP IN AUTO COLD. DID NOT NOTICE ANY BURNING SMELL.
UPON DESCENT POWER WAS REDUCED FROM 94% TO APPROXIMATELY 77% WHEN THE LH ENGINE CONTINUED TO ROLL ALL THE WAY BACK. ENGINE WAS RE-LIT FOR LANDING. R/R FDU LEAK AND OPS CK GOOD.
WHILE TAXING TO RUNWAY THE BRAKES WERE COMPLETELY UNRESPONSIVE AND THEN THEY ENGAGED SUDDENLY. PERFORMED GVI OF LH/RH BRAKE. NO FAULT FOUND. BLED BRAKES. TAXIED AIRCRAFT. TAXI CK GOOD
RECEIVED THE BAGGAGE SMOKE ANNUNCIATION LIGHT. LIGHT NEVER EXTINGUISHED UNTIL BATTERY WAS TURNED OFF. BOTH MASTER WARNING LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. PERFORMED GVL'S. OPS CHECKS PASS. NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME. REFERENCE 5258 AMM 26-12-00. RE POSITIONED ACFT TO HOME BASE. FLIGHT TIME 1.0. NO RE-OCCURRENCE OF BAGGAGE SMOKE ANNUNCIATION LIGHT.
BRAKES FAILED MOMENTARILY WHILE PULLING UP TO AN ACTIVE RUNWAY, DURING FURTHER TAXING LEFT BRAKE LAGGED THEN CAUGHT SUDDENLY , TESTED FROM BOTH LEFT AND RIGHT SEATS ALSO NEEDED EXTRA POWER TO TAXI. MAINTENANCE TROUBLE SHOT TO A BAD PARKING BRAKE VALVE, REMOVED AND REPLACED VALVE OPS CHECKS GOOD, MAINTENANCE ALSO REPLACED THE LEFT BRAKE ASSY. TAXI CHECK WAS PREFORMED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED.
