NO DEFECTS OR OTHER DAMAGE WAS NOTED. INSPECTED SECONDARY SEAL. NO DAMAMGE NOTED. NOTED THE GROMMET SEAL BETWEEN THE DOOR AND THE FUSELAGE WAS NOT FULLY INSTALLED IN HINGE. REINSTALLED GROMMET CORRECTLY IAW CE525B M/M CH. 52-10-00. FLUSHED OUT MAIN DOOR SEAL WITH NITROGEN. SUPPLIED VACUUM TO REMOVE ANY MOISTURE. BLEW NITROGEN THROUGH THE MANIFOLD THAT SUPPLIES PRESSURE TO THE DOOR SEAL, NOTED A LITTLE BIT OF VAPOR CAME OUT. REMOVED AFT BAGGAGE TO GAINED ACCESS TO WATER TRAP FOR SUPPLY. CHECKED THAT LINES HAD NO BLOCKAGE AND WERE CLEAR. CLEANED OUT TRAP AND REINSTALLED IAW CE525B AMM 36-10-00. CLOSED UP AFT BAGGAGE. CABIN DOOR SEAL OPS CHECK GOOD

ANTI-SKID LIGHT FLASHED JUST BEFORE LANDING, NO MAIN BRAKES, USED EMERGENCY BRAKE TO STOP.
RT MAIN GEAR INDICATOR LIGHT DID NOT ILLUMINATE WHEN LANDING GEAR SELECTED DOWN. FOLLOWED "GEAR WILL NOT EXTEND" CHECKLIST AND MANUALLY EXTENDED THE WITH THE EMERGENCY BLOWDOWN BOTTLE. UPON LANDING, EMERGENCY BRAKE WAS UTILIZED TO STOP ON THE RUNWAY.
CLIMBING THROUGH ABOUT 8000 FEET, LH ENGINE FIRE LIGHT ILLUMINATION, FOLLOWED BY THE AURAL WARNING. BOTH WENT AWAY AFTER 30 TO 45 SECONDS. INSPECTED ENGINE AND FOUND ALL THREE BLEED AIR DUCT WIGGINS FITTING SEALS BLOWN OUT.
CREW STARTED DECENT FROM FL 450 TO FL 270, AT FL 350 THEY RECEIVED A CABIN DOOR SEAL CAS MESSAGE. CREW REFERRED TO EMERGENCY CHECKLIST E2 AND FOLLOWED TO PROCEED BELOW FL 310 WITH MASKED DON NORMAL. AT ABOUT FL 310 THEY RECEIVED A CABIN ALTITUDE CAS MESSAGE AND PROCEEDED TO DECLARE EMERGENCY AND REQUESTED TO DESCEND TO 15000 FEET. PROCEEDED TO DO THE EMERGENCY DESCENT MEMORY ITEMS AND THEN BACK IT UP WITH EMERGENCY CHECKLIST. A4 ON THE RED MESSAGE CHECK LIST. AS CREW LEVELED OFF THE CAS MESSAGE CLEARED AND PRESSURE WENT BACK TO NORMAL. PROCEEDED TO FLY SWF WHICH WAS THE INTENDED DESTINATION WITH NO FURTHER ISSUES ALONG THE FLIGHT. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REPOSITIONED CABIN ENTRY DOOR SEAL WARM AIR DUCT IAW CABIN DOOR SEAL PRESSURIZATION COMPONENTS WARM AIR DUCT ROUTING ATA 21-40. REMOVED AND REPLACED SECONDARY DOOR SEAL IAW 525B MM CH 52-10-00 OPS CHECKED GOOD. REPACKED O2 MASK IAW 525B MM 35-20-00
AT APPROXIMATELY FL230 CLIMBING, ENROUTE TO FRG, EXPERIENCED TOTAL PASS OF COMMS WHERE BOTH SEATS AND BOTH RADIO 1 AND COULD NOT TRANSMIT AND/OR RECEIVE RADIO COMMUNICATIONS SQUELCH WAS INCREDIBLY LOUD AND EAR PIERCING. DID WHAT TROUBLESHOOTING THAT THEY COULD BEFORE SQUAWKING 7600. TURNED BACK TO SUA AND WAS ABLE TO ESTABLISH POOR COMMUNICATION WITH ATC, BUT ONLY FROM THE RIGHT SEAT. AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED. WENT INTO MX AND CND.
WHILE CLIMBING OUT OF OGS THROUGH ABOUT 20,000 FT, WE STARTED HEARING A LIGHT WHISTLE FROM THE CABIN. R&R MED PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SEALS.
DURING CLIMB I RECEIVED A CASS MESSAGE, FUEL FILTER BYPASS L. R&R LH FUEL FILTER AND FUEL FILTER BYPASS SWITCH.
THE YAW DAMPER AND AUTOPILOT DISCONNECTED. WE HAD A YELLOW IAS MISCOMPARE INDICATION. R&R #2 PITOT HOSE, R&R LH/RH STATIC DRAIN PACKINGS

RECEIVED RED OIL PRESSURE INDICATION (POINTER AND DIGITS) LEFT ENGINE IN FLIGHT. SHUT DOWN LEFT ENGINE, DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND DIVERTED TO KCHS. FOLLOWED CHECKLIST PAGES D4 LOW OIL PRESSURE INDICATION, A2 ENGINE FAILURE/SHUTDOWN AND Y1 SINGLE ENGINE APPROACH AND LANDING. LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. REMOVED LEFT ENGINE OIL COOLER AND REPLACED WITH REPAIRED UNIT.

DURING CLIMB OUT WE RETRACTED THE LANDING GEAR, THE UNLOCK LIGHT WOULD NOT EXTINGUISH. WE RAN THROUGH THE CHECKLIST DID ALL THE PROPER PROCEDURES AND UNLOCK LIGHT STAYED ILLUMINATED. FOUND GEAR BLOW DOWN CABLE INSTALLED ON AFT SIDE OF UPLOCK BRACKET CAUSING CONTACT WITH WHEEL WELL WHEN ACUATED. INSTALLED CABLE ON FORWARD SIDE OF BRACKET IAW AMM 32-30-08, OPS CHECK GOOD.
DESCENDING THROUGH FL 220 AT APPROX 230 KIAS, RECEIVED RED LANDING GEAR LIGHT FOLLOWED BY A RUMBLE SOUND AND THE AMBER HYD PRESS ON MESSAGE.//////////REMOVED FAILED PART NO: 6341356-1-1 REMOVED SERIAL NO: NSN. INSTALLED NEW UPLOCK HOOK ASSEMBLY IAW CESSNA 5258 MM CH.23-31-04. OPS CHECKS GOOD.

AFTER TAKEOFF WE RETRACTED THE GEAR AND THE NOSE GEAR LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED AND THE MAIN GEAR LIGHTS EXTINGUISHED. R & R NOSE GEAR UPLOCK SWITCH, OPS CHECK GOOD.
WHILE DESCENDING ON THE ARRIVAL TO KELP, AT ABOUT FL240, THE LEFT WINDSHIELD OUTER LAYER CRACKED/SHATTERED.
WE LOST THE CAPTAIN AND FOâS ALTITIMER, ALTITUDE SELECT AT NIGHT IN MOUNTAINOUS TERRAIN. PURGED PILOT AND COPILOT STATIC SYSTEM, FOUND PILOT SIDE FITTING ON THE MOISTURE DRAIN VALVE LOOSE.
ON RETRACTING THE MLG WE FELT AND HEARD A LOUD VIBRATION THAT SEEMED TO BE COMING FROM THE NOSE GEAR. IT WAS ACCOMPANIED BY THE GEAR UNSAFE LIGHT FLASHING IN RHYTHM WITH THE SOUND THAT EVENTUALLY EXTINGUISHED WITH THE HYDRAULIC ANNUNCIATOR. REPLACED NLG UPLOCK BRACKET, OPS CHECK GOOD
DURING LANDING DROPPED THE LANDING GEAR AND RECEIVED A RED UNLOCK GEAR LIGHT ASSOCIATED WITH A GREEN LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR LIGHT THAT DID NOT ILLUMINATE.///////R&R LH MLG ACTUATOR.
GEAR SELECTED UP. GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACTâ¦.STILL HAD 3 GREEN, NO RED. SUCCESSFULLY RIGGED NLG UPLOCK SWITCH, OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD
AT APPROX 400 FEET WE HAD A LEFT ENGINE EXCEEDANCE WITH RED CAS MESSAGE, AND THE ENGINE WENT TO IDLE. ENGINE REMOVED FOR REPAIR
DURING TAKE-OFF, APPLIED TAKE-OFF POWER, AND THE PRESSURIZATION CLIMB RATE WENT TO -1000 FPM. REMOVED AND REPLACED RT ENG BI LEVEL FLOW VALVE, OPS CHKD GOOD.
IN FLIGHT FROM APF TO 07FA AT 13,000 FT. FELT A BANG AND GOT âGEAR UNLOCKEDâ LIGHT. R & R DAMAGED RT MLG UPLOCK WITH A NEW UPLOCK ASSY, OPS CHECKED GOOD WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME. WORK PERFORMED !AW AMM 32·31-04.

RECEIVED TWO CAUTION MESSAGES âT2 HEATER FAIL L AND WING ANTI-ICE OVERTEMP L. R & R LT WING ANTI-ICE OVER TEMP SWITCH WITH NEW.
EMER PRESS ACM OVERHEAT, LT BLEED AIR OVERHEAT, ALSO SMELLED SOMETHING BURNING.
SELECTED THE GEAR DOWN. AN INDICATION OF GREEN NOSE LIGHT AND GREEN LEFT HAND LIGHT WERE OBSERVED. AN INDICATION OF AN EXTINGUISHED RIGHT HAND/EXTINGUISHED GEAR UNLOCKED INDICATION WAS ALSO OBSERVED.
CABLE FOUND TWISTED AND MANGLED DURING INSPECTION OF ALTERNATE GEAR DOWN HANDLE NOT LOCKING IN PLACE.
AFT CABLE FOR ALTERNATE GEAR DOWN FOUND MANGLED DURING INSPECTION OF ALTERNATE GEAR DOWN HANDLE NOT LOCKING IN PLACE.
NOTICED AN UNCOMMANDED INCREASE IN CABIN ALTITUDE ABOUT 1000 FPM. PROCEEDED TO FOLLOW THE ABNORMAL CHECKLIST PAGE 3-510-10, CABIN ALTITUDE AMBER MESSAGE. UPON REACHING IF CABIN ALTITUDE IS NOT ARRESTED. RECEIVED A RED CABIN ALTITUDE EICAS MESSAGE. PERFORMED MEMORY ITEM AND INITIATED DESCENT. REQUESTED ATC ASSISTANCE TO DESCEND AND VECTORS TO KPIE. AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED. FOUND AC DUCT TORN, CW SB680-21-08, R&R LT/RT DUCT ASSY.
UPON GEAR EXTENSION, WE HAD A LO BRK PRESS AND ANTI SKID INOP ALONG WITH A YELLOW MASTER CAUTION LIGHT. FOUND BRAKE HYDRO ACCUMULATOR TO BE LOW. SERVICED ACCUMULATOR, OPS CHECK GOOD.
AT ROTATION ACM OVERHEAT ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED WITH MASTER CAUTION. REMOVED ECU OVERTEMP SWITCH AND REPLACED WITH A NEW SWITCH IAW AMM 21-51-01. REMOVED OTBD ACM EXHAUST DUCT AND REPLACED WITH A SERVICEABLE DUCT IAW AMM 21-51-00. REMOVED ACM EXHAUST ELBOW DUCT AND REPLACED WITH A SERVICEABLE DUCT IAW AMM 21-51-00. OPERATIONAL CHECKED.
AT ABOUT 14,000 FEET. THE THRUST REVERSER ARM LIGHT CAME ON, WITH ASSOCIATED MASTER CAUTION, AND MASTER WARNING, AND HYDRAULIC PRESSURE. TROUBLE SHOT THRUST REVERSER SYS AND COULD NOT DUPLICATE ISSUE
DURING TAKEOFF ROLL I GLANCED DOWN TO VERIFY TO DETENT ON THE THROTTLES AND THE EMER STOW BUTTON WAS FLASHING ON THE LEFT ENGINE. R & R THE LT TR EMERGENCY STOW SWITCH.
