THE FLIGHT CREW EXPERIENCED THE LOSS OF HYDRAULIC PRESSURE ON SHORT FINAL DESCENT INTO DEN. MX REMOVED AND REPLACED R/H FLAP UP TUBE ASSEMBLY WITH FABRICATED LINE. GROUND RUNS NORMAL AND LEAK CHECK SATISFACTORY. ALSO SERVICED HYDRAULICS.
PILOT REPORTED NOSE GEAR INTERMITTENTLY DOES NOT LOCK INTO UP POSITION. MX REMOVED AND REPLACED NLG UPLOCK ROLLER WITH NEW. GROUND OPS CHECK GOOD.
FLIGHT CREW REPORTED SMOKE IN THE CABIN & COCKPIT DURING FLIGHT. DEACTIVATED THE AFFECTED ENGINE BLEED AIR WHICH STOPPED THE SMOKE. MX FOUND THAT THE ACM WAS OVERLUBRICATED DURING SCHEDULED SERVICING. MX DRAINED THE EXCESS OIL. NO FURTHER RECURRENCES WERE NOTED.
RUDDER BELLCRANK FOUND DEFORMED AND CRACKED AT RUDDER TORQUE TUBE ATTACHMENT.
