HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FAILURE IN FLIGHT DURING CRUISE AND CREW LANDED AT DESTINATION. MX DISCOVERED THE L/H OUTBOARD MLG ACTUATOR HAD A CRACK IN IT AND REPLACED WITH SERVICEABLE L/H OUTBOARD MLG ACTUATOR. OPERATIONAL AND LEAK CHECKS GOOD.
PILOT REPORTED NR 1 ENGINE LOST OIL. MX TROUBLESHOT AND LOCATED A LEAK AT 7/16 OIL MANIFOLD TO PROP GOVERNOR LINE. MX REMOVED AND REPLACED LINE AND REPOSITIONED MANIFOLD AS REQUIRED FOR FIT. POST ACTION OPS AND LEAK CHECKED GOOD AND SERVICED OIL.

PILOT SHUTDOWN E1 AS PRECAUTION DUE TO LOW OIL PRESSURE. MX REMOVED AN REPLACED E1 PROP GOVERNOR LUBRICATION OIL LINE WITH SERVICEABLE. GROUND OPS AND LEAK CHECK GOOD.
INSPECTION PERSONNEL FOUND BRACKET BROKEN. THE BRACKET SUPPORTS THE POWER AND SPEED CONTROL TELEFLEX CABLES. AN FCD WAS INITIATED TO DETECT OTHER OCCURRENCES OF THE PROBLEM IN THE FLEET IAW SERVICE LETTER 227-SL-067. CARRIER IS INVESTIGATING AMENDMENT OF MAINTENANCE/INSPECTION INTERVALS ON THIS ITEM.
FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT ALL THREE LANDING GEARS UNLOCKED & PARTIALLY EXTENDED DURING FLIGHT WITH GEAR SELECTOR IN THE UP POSITION. MX FOUND DEFECTIVE LG HANDLE & SWITCH ASSEMBLY, SN 445. REPLACED WITH SERVICEABLE UNIT, SN 519, 8130-3 FROM M7 AEROSPACE. ON SUBSEQUENT FLIGHT, NEW GEAR HANDLE STUCK IN THE DOWN POSITION. MX FOUND HANDLE DOWN LOCK MECHANISM DEFECTIVE. SECOND NEW HANDLE ASSEMBLY, SN 276, WAS INSTALLED & NO FURTHER ISSUES WERE NOTED.
PILOT FOUND RT MLG UPLOCK ROLLER BROKEN. RT MLG TRUNNION ASSEMBLY REPLACED.
