RUDDER BOOST LIGHT ACTIVATED IN FLIGHT FOR 40 MINUTES. MAINTENANCE CLEANED CONNECTORS AND INSPECTED RUDDER BOOST SYSTEM, NO FAULT WAS DISCOVERED. WILL CONTINUE TO MONITOR FOR FURTHER DISCREPANCIES.
RUDDER BOOST OFF LIGHT ILLUMINATED AT FL220. LIGHT EXTINGUISHED BEFORE LANDING. THIS IS THE SECOND DISCREPANCY WITHIN TWO FLIGHTS SEE RU3A20191023155. RELAY BOARD WAS REPLACED, CORRECTING THE DISCREPANCY.

LEVELED AT FL220 DURING A MANUAL OR SINGLE BOOT DEICE BOTH L+R BLEED AIR MASTER WARNINGS WENT ON. FOUND DOOR SEAL NOT INFLATING CAUSING LOW PRESSURE. CORRECTED BY REPAIR OF DOOR SEAL. NO NEGATIVE TREND.
NON ROUTINE REPORT OF RUDDER BOOST LT ON INTERMITTENTLY. MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL COULD NOT DUPLICATE ON GROUND. MAINTENANCE CHECKED CANNON PLUGS, WIRING, AND PERFORMED OPS CHECK OF RUDDER BOOST SYSTEM, SYSTEM CHECKS GOOD.
RUDDER BOOST OFF ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED INTERMITTENTLY FOR ABOUT 3 MINUTES THEN CAME ON CONTINUOUSLY AT FL200. CIRCUIT CARDS WERE REMOVED, INSPECTED AND REINSTALLED. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD. CONTINUING TO MONITOR FOR FURTHER FAILURE.
DURING FLIGHT, THE LANDING GEAR REMAINED EXTENDED AFTER THE GEAR HANDLE WAS MOVED TO THE UP POSITION. THE PILOT IN COMMAND (PIC) MOVED THE GEAR HANDLE TO THE DOWN POSITION AND THEN AGAIN TO THE UP POSITION AND THE GEAR RETRACTED NORMALLY. THE PIC AGAIN MOVED THE GEAR HANDLE TO THE DOWN POSITION A SECOND TIME AND THE GEAR EXTENDED NORMALLY. WHEN THE PIC RAISED THE GEAR HANDLE THE THIRD TIME, THE MAIN GEAR RETRACTED NORMALLY BUT THE NOSE GEAR DID NOT RETRACT. THE PIC POSITIONED THE GEAR HANDLE BACK DOWN AND ALL GEAR APPEARED DOWN AND LOCKED WITH THE CONFIRMING GREEN LIGHTS. THE DECISION WAS MADE TO RETURN TO THE MAINTENANCE BASE WITH THE GEAR EXTENDED. REMOVED PART 101-384137-5 AND PROCURED.
ON TAKEOFF, THE GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT. REPLACED AN INOPERATIVE RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR SAFETY SWITCH.
FUSELAGE CROWN SKIN DENTED AND GOUGED BS 116 - 122. REPAIRED IAW EO.
BIRD STRIKE NR 2 ENG INLET WITH INGESTION TO ENG. NO DAMAGE FOUND.
LANDING GEAR HAD NO GREEN LIGHTS INDICATED. PULLED RELAY CB THEN LOCK RELEASE LOCKED HANDLE DOWN. PUMPED GEAR, HARD RESISTANCE IN HANDLE, NO GREEN INDICATION. INSPECTED LG INDICATION SYS. FOUND THREE BURNED OUT BULBS & ONE BULB FLATTENED ON THE BACK SIDE. INSTALLED NEW BULBS. SYS OPERATIONS CHECKED GOOD.
INVERTER FAILURE MASTER CAUTION & FLASHING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED 3 DAYS IN A ROW. AFTER FIRST FAILURE PERFORMED OPERATION TEST OF INVERTERS UNDER CART & UNDER ENG POWER. NO DEFECTS SAME FAILURE THE NEXT DAY 15 MIN INTO FLIGHT. FOUND AUXILIARY CONNECTOR LOOSE. AFTER REINSTALLING CONNECTOR, INVERTERS CHECKED GOOD. AGAIN THE SAME FAILURE ON THE NEXT DAY 90 MIN INTO FLIGHT. R & R 115 VOLT AC INVERTER SELECT RELAY.
LEFT OUTERMOST RFI ANTENNA MOUNT CRACKED & ANTENNA LOOSE. EO 09-C-01 CREATED TO REPAIR CRACKS.
DURING ROUTINE INSPECTION DISCOVERED SEVERE CORROSION ON INBOARD FLAP TRACK (RIGHT WING INBOARD FLAP).
PILOT REPORTED THAT ELEVATOR TRIM WAS BINDING. INSPECTION REVEALED THAT A SCREW HAD BACKED OUT UNDER THE ELEVATOR TRIM SERVO IDLER PULLEY CAUSING THE SCREW TO RIDE AGAINST THE BASE OF THE PULLEY.
DURING FLIGHT INSPECTION OF KNQX PAR, LEFT FUEL PRESSURE LOW ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED IN FLIGHT. BOLD FACE IMMEDIATE ACTION ITEMS COMPLETED. FUEL PRESSURE LIGHT EXTINGUISHED UPON ACTUATION OF LEFT STANDBY BOOST PUMP. ACTION ITEMS BACKED UP WITH USE OF "FUEL PRESSURE LOW" EMERGENCY CHECKLIST. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL.
ON 8 MILE FINAL THERE WAS NO INDICATION OF LANDING GEAR DOWN. CHECKED TO VERIFY W/FLAP POSITION AND GND PROX ON LOW APPROACH. NOTED AFTER GEAR NON-INDICATION THERE WAS NO GEAR UP OR GEAR DOWN ANNUNCIATOR INDICATIONS.
