HYDRAULIC FLUID LOW ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED IN FLIGHT. LANDING GEAR WAS EXTENDED AS A PRECAUTION. BOTH MAINS INDICATED GREEN DOWN AND LOCKED, NOSE GEAR WAS UNSAFE, NO GREEN INDICATOR. LANDING GEAR PUMP USED TO EXTEND NOSE GEAR MANUALLY. ALL THREE GEAR INDICATED SAFE AND THREE GREEN USING MANUAL PUMP.
DELAMINATION DISCOVERED IN LT WING FUEL BAY UPPER SKIN PANEL. REPAIRED IAW AD 89-19-04 R1.
AN ENGINEERING ORDER WAS CREATED & COMPLIED WITH, TO PROVIDE INSTRUCTIONS TO REPAIR. LOCALIZED, SEVERE BELLY SKIN CORROSION UNDER MARKER BEACON ANTENNA DOUBLER.
IN CRUISE AT 17,000 FT CREW MEMBER NOTICED OIL COMING OUT OF NUMBER 2 ENGINE. OIL PRESSURE WAS FLUCTUATING BELOW 60 PSI. ENGINE WAS SHUT AND CREW LANDED AIRCRAFT. MAINTENANCE FOUND PROP SHAFT SEAL CUT P/N AS 3209-041.
AT FL230 HEARD NOISE LIKE A PISTOL SHOT. FRONT RIGHT WINDSCREEN SHATTERED. CREW DONNED O2 MASKS AND IMMEDIATELY INITIATED MAX DESCENT TO 5000 FT.
THE CREW REPORTED AN ELECTRICAL BURNING SMELL IN THE CABIN SHORTLY AFTER DEPARTING THE PEORIA, ILL AIRPORT. THEY IMMEDIATELY RECEIVED CLEARANCE TO THE AIRPORT AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE FOUND THE AVIONICS EQUIPMENT CABINET AUX AIR CONDITIONING EVAPORATOR BLOWER MOTOR WAS INOP AND SMELL OVERHEATED. THE BLOWER MOTOR WAS REPLACED AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. CREW NOTICED A BURNING SMELL FROM WITHIN THE AVIONICS COMPARTMENT INSIDE THE CABIN. SUSPECTING THE AUXILIARY AIR CONDITIONING AFT EVAPORATOR BLOWER MOTOR, DEACTIVATED THE MOTOR WITH THE SWITCH IN THE COCKPIT. MAINTENANCE FOUND MOTOR HAD OVERHEATED AND BRUSHES WERE WORN OUT. THE BLOWER MOTOR WAS REPLACED AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. (X)
