FORWARD RIGHT STABILATOR CONTROL CABLE PART NUMBER 62701-37 HAS BROKEN STRANDS.
DURING ANNUAL INSPECTION, RH WING AFT ATTACH BOLT WAS FOUND LOOSE IN FITTING. DISASSEMBLED, FOUND WING ATTACH BOLT AND BOTH WING/FUSE ATTACH FITTINGS WITH HOLE DAMAGE THAT WAS EXCESSIVE. NEW WING BOLT STILL HAD EXCESSIVE PLAY IN ATTACH FITTING HOLES.
DURING CLIMB OUT FROM KNW STABILATOR TRIM WASN'T WORKING AFTER 1 TURN OF CONTROL WHEEL. PILOT NOTICED BROKEN STRANDS OF CABLE ON TRIM WHEEL. CONTINUED CLIMB TO 2000 FEET AND DIVERTED TO AKN WHERE CABLE WAS FOUND BROKEN.TRIM SYSTEM HAD BEEN WORKED ON DURING ANNUAL INSPECTION 1.8 HOURS PREVIOUSLY.
AIRCRAFT WAS DEPARTING WITH QUARTERING CROSSWIND JUST AS THE AIRCRAFT WAS ROTATING PILOT FELT AND HEARD A (THUD) ON THE RT SIDE OF AIRPLANE. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO ITS MAINTENANCE BASE AND A FLYBY WAS MADE AND IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE RAT WHEEL AND AXLE ASSEMBLY WAS MISSING FROM AIRCRAFT. A UNEVENTFUL LANDING WAS MADE AND AIRCRAFT WAS MOVED TO HANGER FOR DAMAGE ASSESSMENT. MAINT DISCOVERED THAT THE AXLE FAILED AT THE INNER BEARING RACE AREA OF AXLE.
DURING CRUISE, ODOR OF SOMETHING BURNING AND AT SAME TIME NOTICED 0 CHARGE ON AMMETER. MAINTENANCE FOUND ALTERNATOR BAD AND INSPECTED WIRING HARNESS WITH NO DEFECTS FOUND. CHANGE ALTERNATOR AND AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ALTERNATOR SLIP RING TO BRUSH ALIGNMENT OFF. BRUSHES STEPPED WITH NORMAL WEAR IN LENGTH. THE BRUDH TO SLIP RING STEP WEAR IS AT INSULATOR OF THE TWO SLIP RINGS. IN WHICH IT UNSEATED PRESSURE TO THE SLIP RING. STEP IS ABOUT .0156 WIDE.
EN ROUTE, PASSENGER DOOR TOP LATCH UNLATCHED. CONTINUED TO NEXT AIRPORT. RE-SECURED TRIM SCREW BLOCKING LATCH FROM PROPER OPERATION. DOOR OPS CHECK OK. (X)
