L1 DOOR EMERGENCY LIGHTING SYSTEM OPERATIONAL WAS INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED WIRELESS EMERGENGY LIGHTING WCU CLASS 01 IAW AMM 33-51-07-01A-520-A-A, AND AMM 33-51-07-01A-720A-A. MAINTENANCE ALSO PERFORMED SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK.
EMERGENCY LIGHTS IN THE FIRST CLASS CABIN WILL NOT TURN OFF WHEN AIRCRAFT WAS SHUTDOWN. CHECKED AND MAINTENANCE MESSAGE FAULT 45-16571, AND 42-01065. TROUBLESHOT IAW AMM 33-51-07. REPLACED THE L1 WIRELESS EMERGENCY LIGHTING SYSTEM CONTROL UNIT, SOFTWARE LOAD WAS ACCEPTED.
GENERATOR PROBLEM. AN EMERGENCY WAS DELCARED, RETURNED TO DEPARTURE AND LANDED. GEN CTRL L1 OFF LIGHT ON ONE RESET IAW CHECKLIST FAILED AGAIN. L1 VFSG TRIPS OFF AND CAUSES LEFT AC BUSS TO LOCK OUT. THE AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED. REPLACED THE VARIBLE FREQUENCY STARTER GENERATOR FOR THE LT ENGINE IAW AMM 24-21-09. INSTALLED A NEW TERMINAL AT TS16111 END IAW SWPM 20-30-13. OPS CHECKED GOOD IAW AMM 71-00-00.
NUMBER 5 MAIN TIRE PRESSURE LOW. AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED WITH DFW ATC. THE FLIGHT LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. AHM REPORTED V#5 MAIN AT #146 BEFORE LANDING. NUMBER 5 AND 6 MAIN TIRES NEED TO BE REPLACED PER GPM. REPLACED NUMBER 5 AND NUMBER 6 MLG TIRES PER AMM 32-45-01. TIRE PRESSURE CHECKS GOOD. THE AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED.
THE AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED. SMOKE LAVATORY EICAS, 3L LAV SMOKE ALERT SOUNDED, NO INDICATION OF FIRE IN LAV. RESET ECB AT LAV L3 WITH GARBAGE AND STOWAGE. ACCOMPLISHED INSPECTION FIRE BOTTLE AND NOZZLE AT 3L. SMOKE DETECTOR CHECKED OK PER AMM 26-13-01-00A, NO MSG FOUND.
AFT CARGO FLOOR PANEL CRACKED AT FRAME 41. REPLACED THE FLOOR PANEL.
AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED. EMERGENCY DECLARED. DFW-PVG FLIGHT RETURNED TO DFW ACCOUNT FUEL PUMP RIGHT AFT EICAS MESSAGE. OVERWEIGHT LANDING UNEVENTFUL. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE REMOTE DATA CONCENTRATOR M4240010 PER AMM 42-21-07. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
