AT 10,000 FLT CABIN ALT WAS 5500FT. AIRCRAFT LANDED IN LAS WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. MX R & R NR 1 PACK CONDENSER DUE TO FAILURE IAW AIRBUS MM 21-52-32. OPS CHK OK. VENDOR CONFIRMS FAILURE. FOUND A BLOWN PAN ON UNIT. UNIT WAS CLEANED, RECORED AND PASSED ALL TESTS. REPAIRS WERE ACCOMPLISHED IAW OHM/CMM 21-52-10 REV.6.

MAINTENANCE FOUND NR 1 ENGINE (GREEN SYSTEM) HYDRAULIC PRESSURE SWITCH CRACKED AND LEAKING. REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 1 ENGINE HYDRAULIC PRESSURE SWITCH IAW AMM 29-11-17, LEAK AND OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS GOOD.

MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 1 AIR DATA INERTIAL REFERENCE UNIT (ADIRU) IAW T/C R2A34304, OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS GOOD. VENDOR FUNCTIONAL TEST OF ADIRU S/N 3248 CONFIRMED FAILURE OF UNIT. REPLACED 2 EACH VIBRATION ISOLATORS AND ISOLATOR COVER (P/N 465301-01). INCORPORATED SERVICE BULLETIN SB 101-34-57 PER CEO 3412-01020, REPAIR PERFORMED IAW CMM TP1011, REV. 23.
ON TAKEOFF ROLL ENROUTE FOR SET N1 THRUST AT 80 KTS AND HEARD REPETITIVE "RETARD" OVER THE LOUD SPEAKER; REJECTED TAKEOFF AND RETURNED TO GATE. MAX SPEED INDICATED WAS 87 KTS. MAINTENANCE REVIEWED POST FLIGHT REPORT THAT INDICATED AIRCRAFT WENT FROM PHASE 2 TO PHASE 8 AND NEVER LEFT THE GROUND. RAN GROUND SCAN OF CENTRAL WARNING SYSTEM IAW AMM, AND PERFORMED AN OPERATIONAL TEST OF FLIGHT WARNING COMPUTER IAW AMM. NO FAILURE MESSAGES WERE NOTED.
ON CLIMB FROM LAX EN ROUTE FOR CMH WITH AIR DATA SWITCH IN FIRST OFFICER 3 POSITION; FIRST OFFICERS AIR SPEED INDICATOR RED LINE DECREASED TO APPROXIMATELY 240 KTS. SWITCHED BACK TO AIR DATA NORMAL POSITION AND INDICATIONS WENT BACK TO NORMAL. DUE TO FIRST OFFICERS STATIC HEATER PORT ON MEL, DIVERTED TO PHX FOR REPAIR. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE #3 AIR DATA INERTIAL REFERENCE UNIT IAW AWA T/C R2A34304, ALL INTERFACE TESTS WERE GOOD. MAINTENANCE ALSO CLEARED THE MEL FOR F/O'S STATIC PORT HEATER BY REPLACING THE HEAT PROBE COMPUTER IAW AMM 30-31-34-401. VENDOR TEARDOWN OF HEAT PROBE COMPUTER SN B4988 CONFIRMED FAILURE OF UNIT FINDING DIODE CR09 BURNED OPEN ON THE PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD. REPLACED PRINTED
