PRESSURIZATION SYSTEM- UNABLE TO PRESSURIZE AIRCRAFT CABIN DURING CLIMBOUT. SWITCH POSITIONS VERIFIED CORRECTLY AND SYSTEM WOULD NOT TEST AFTER LANDING.
AIRCRAFT FAILED TO PRESSURIZE ON CLIMB-OUT. DURING DESCENT, AIRCRAFT PRESSURIZED FOR 1 MIN THEN DUMPED. MX SUSPECTED DOOR SEAL TUBING WAS KINKED. SHORTENED DOOR SEAL TUBING. NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
LANDING GEAR CB BREAKER POPPED WHILE ATTEMPTING TO RAISE GEAR. HYDRAULIC POWER PACK WAS REPLACED. QAF FLIGHT TO BE ACCOMPLISHED.
LONGERON CRACKED, DISCOVERED WHILE IN CHECK.
RT BLEED AIR FAIL ILLUMINATED IN CRUISE FLIGHT. DISCOVERED A PINHOLE LEAK IN EVA LINE FORWARD AND OUTBOARD OF RT WING JACK POINT. LINE WAS REPLACED. NO FURTHER ACTION REQUIRED.
LEFT INBD FLAP UPPER TE SKIN CRACKED IAW STC SA01615SE. REPAIRED IAW FIS EO 15-28-11 DATED 2/23/15.
ON INITIAL CLIMB AFTER DEPARTING RNWY 35L FOR A FLIGHT AT APPROX 2,000 MSL, THE RED CABIN DOOR MASTER WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. COPILOT WAS DIRECTED BY THE PIC & PF TO REQUEST A RETURN TO THE AIRPORT. ATC ISSUED INSTRUCTIONS FOR SEQUENCE & AN UNEVENTFUL LANDING WAS MADE ON RNWY 35L. AFTER EXITING THE RNWY, THE MS CHECKED THAT ALL LOCKED INDICATORS ON THE DOOR WERE IN FACT ENGAGED. MS OPENED & CLOSED THE DOOR & RECHECKED ALL LOCKED INDICATORS WERE PROPERLY POSITIONED BUT THE LIGHT STAYED ON. CREW ELECTED TO RETURN TO THE LINE FOR MX ACTION. ADJUSTED CABIN DOOR WARNING SWITCH.
DU FAULT DISPLAYED ON PILOTS SIDE UPPER & LOWER EFIS DISPLAYS FOLLOWED BY ODOR IN COCKPIT. THE DISPLAY BEGAN BLANKING OUT.
RT MLG FAILED TO FULLY RETRACT. LG CB POPPED RED LIGHT IN GEAR HANDLE REMAINED ON. MANUALLY EXTENDED GEAR.
ON LANDING IN FLARE, POWER IN IDLE, APPROX 3-5 FEET ABOVE RUNWAY, AIRCRAFT VIOLENTLY YAWED LEFT APPROX 30-40 DEGREES. POWER WAS ADDED AND RUDDER USED TO ALIGN AIRCRAFT WITH RUNWAY. AIRCRAFT TOUCHED DOWN HARD AND BOUNCED ONCE. UPON INSPECTION AFTER LANDING, ALL 4 RIGHT PROP BLADES HAD STRUCK RUNWAY.
APPROXIMATELY 30 MINUTES FROM DEPARTURE AT 16,000 FEET, THERE WAS A LOUD GUNSHOT LIKE NOISE. THE FRONT RIGHT WINDSCREEN SHATTERED. REQUESTED A RETURN TO DEPARTURE AIRPORT FROM ATC. BEGAN A DESCENT TO 9,500 FEET AND PERFORMED ABNORMAL SHATTERED WINDSHIELD CHECK LIST.
THE CREW REPORTED THE PILOTS EFHSI IND FLICKERED THEN TURNED OFF WITH THE SMELL OF ELECTRICAL SMOKE JUST BEFORE IT WENT OUT. TRIED TO COPY TO THE CO-PILOTS EFHSI AND THE SAME PROBLEM OCCURRED. REPLACED THE PILOTS EFHSI AND THE SYSTEM CHECKED FINE ON THE GROUND. THE A/C WAS RELEASED, DURING A/C ROLL FOR T/O THE PILOTS EFHSI AGAIN FLICKERED AND REDUCED IN SIZE HORIZONTALLY TO THE RT HALF OF THE DISPLAY. COPY DOWN WAS THE SAME DISPLAY. THE CO-PILOTS EFHSI WAS OK. THE CREW CONTINUED ON TO BTL. THIS PROBLEM DOESN'T APPEAR RELATED TO THE ONE DETAILED IN ARR BN 29-7, WHICH CONCERNED THE CO-PILOTS EFHSI. AVIONICS BELIEVES THIS PROBLEM TO BE POSSIBLY A SYMBOL GENERATOR OR WIRING PROBLEM. THE SYMBOL GENERATOR WA
