SHORTLY AFTER START, THE ENGINE STOPPED DURING GROUND OPERATION. ENGINE SEEMS TO BE SEIZED, HOWEVER FURTHER EVALUATION IS NEEDED TO ASCERTAIN CAUSE. THERE WAS NO INDICATION OF ANY PROBLEMS PRIOR TO THIS. WILL SUBMIT A FOLLOW UP REPORT AFTER TEARDOWN.
