LANDING GEAR HANDLE IN UP POSITION, LANDING GEAR INDICATES- GEAR UP, BUT THE RED GEAR UNLOCKED LIGHT REMAIN ILLUMINATED WITH AN ASSOCIATED HYDRAULIC LIGHT. FOUND THAT THE LT MAIN LANDING GEAR WAS GETTING HUNG UP JUST SHORT OF ENGAGING WITH THE UP/LOCK. FOUND THAT THE HYDRAULIC ACTUATOR WAS JUST SLIGHTLY OUT OF RANGE. RIGGED HYDRAULIC ACTUATOR IAW MM 32-30-04. ADJUSTED LT MAIN LANDING GEAR DOOR IAW MM 32-10-00. SWUNG GEAR MULTIPLE MORE TIMES WITH NO DISCREPANCIES NOTED, LOWERED AIRCRAFT OFF JACKS IAW MM 7-10-01.
I OBSERVED THE RED GEAR UNLOCK LIGHT WAS ILLUMINATED. OBSERVED A HYD PRESS ANNUNCIATOR AND STAB MIS COMP ANNUNCIATOR LIGHT WAS ILLUMINATED.
GEAR UNLOCK LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED AFTER GEAR UP SELECTED. HYD PRESS LIGHT AND MASTER CAUTION ILLUMINATED FOLLOWED BY STAB MIS COMP LIGHT STEADY ON
ANTI SKID LIGHT ILLUMINATED WITH LOW BRAKE PRESS ALSO ILLUMINATED. TIGHTENED DOWN SCHRADER VALVE NUT. SERVICED BRAKE ACCUMULATOR TO 650PSI. VERIFIED ACCUMULATOR HELD PRESSURE. REF. CESSNA 560XL AMM CH. 12-13-02. SERVICED FWD HYDRAULIC BRAKE RESERVOIR. REF. AMM 12-12-02. VERIFIED ANTI-SKID AND LOW BRAKE PRESSURE LIGHT DID NOT ILLUMINATED WHEN BRAKES WERE APPLIED AND ANTI-SKID ON. PERFORMED SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL TEST. REF. AMM 32-42-00.
AFTER TAKEOFF, GEAR WAS SELECTED UP. GEAR UNLOCKED LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED WITH ASSOCIATED HYDRAULIC PRESSURE LIGHT. MAINTENANCE ACTION: INSTALLED AN OVERHAULED ACTUATOR TO THE LH MLG. PERFORMED 10 GEAR SWINGS WITH NO FAULTS TO BE NOTED AT THIS TIME. PERFORMED A LEAK CHECK OF THE LH MLG ACTUATOR. NO LEAKS NOTED. ALL WORK PERFORMED I.A.W AMM TASK 32-30-04
DURING LANDING GEAR RETRACTION, A âHYD PRESS LOWâ WARNING LIGHT WAS NOTED. AT THE âFRAâ CALLOUT, THE âHYD PRESS LOWâ LIGHT WAS AGAIN NOTED WHEN THE FLAPS WERE RETRACTED.
OIL PRESS LOW RH LIGHT ILLUMINATED DURING CRUISE. TROUBLE SHOOTING WITH ASSISTANCE FROM PRATT AND WHITNEY AT THIS TIME.
LT ENGINE OIL ON TAKE OFF WENT TO ZERO. PRECAUTIONARY SHUTDOWN. SMOKE IN COCKPIT. LANDING UNEVENTFUL. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED WITH THIS ENGINE. BACK ON 11/11/2020. MAINTENANCE DISCUSSED WITH PW ENGINE MANUFACTURE AND IT WAS RECOMMENDED TO REPLACE ENGINE. ENGINE IS BEING REMOVED AND SENT OUT FOR INVESTIGATION AND REPAIR. ONCE TEAR DOWN IS AVAILABLE WILL UPDATE SDR.
MASTER WARNING ILLUMINATED W/LT ENGINE LOW OIL PRESSURE LITE. CHECKLIST CALLED FOR PRECAUTIONARY SHUTDOWN. DECLARED EMERGENCY. LANDED NORMALLY BELOW MAX WEIGHT. ON POST FLIGHT INSPECTION FOUND OIL ON LEFT ENGINE COWLING AND NO OIL IN SIGHT GLASS, LEFT ENGINE DID NOT SEIZE IN FLIGHT AND ROTATES BY HAND ON GROUND. TROUBLESHOT ENGINE DUE TO LOW OIL PRESSURE PER CHAPTER 70-00-00, TABLE 107, FIGURE 135. COMPLIED WITH MOPLO AND MOP DELTA ENGINE GROUND RUNS, AS WELL AS, OIL CONSUMPTION GROUND RUN. NO DEFECTS NOTED. ALL WORK PERFORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH PW545A MAINTENANCE MANUAL, PART NUMBER 30J1272, REVISION NR 52.0, DATED 9/14/2020 AND/OR APPLICABLE SERVICE BULLETINS.
RT THRUST REVERSER ARMED IN FLIGHT. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REPLACED RT T/R PRESSURE SWITCH SY006 WITH NEW AND T/R OPERATIONAL TEST OK IAW MM 78-31-00.
FLT NR 4020 - ABORTED FIRST TAKEOFF FOR DOOR CAP, PERFORMED CHECKLIST. ABORTED SECOND FOR CAP, RETURNED TO GATE. DEFERRED ENTRY DOOR CAPTION. FOUND DOOR MICROSWITCH OUT OF ADJUSTMENT. ADJUSTED SWITCH IAW BAE MM 52-70-00.
FLT 4054 - DOOR 'CAP' LIGHT ILLUMINATED ON TAKEOFF ROLL, CREW ELECTED TO ABORT TAKEOFF AND RETURN TO THE GATE. PIT MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AIRCRAFT AND DISCOVERED DAMAGED WIRE HARNESS TO BAGGAGE POD DOOR MICROSWITCH. DAMAGED WIRE REPLACED IAW MM 20-00-00 STANDARD PRACTICES. OPS CHECKED GOOD. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE. (W)
FLT 4133 - DURING CRUISE, 11,000 MSL FLIGHT CREW HEARD AN UNUSUAL NOISE FROM THE ENGINE NACELLES. BOTH HYDRAULIC PRESSURE GAUGES WERE AT NEAR '0' PSI INDICATION. ACFT DIVERTED TO HARRISBURG, PA WHERE IT MADE AN EMERGENCY LANDING WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL DISCOVERED A BROKEN HIGH PRESSURE LINE IN RT ENGINE COMPARTMENT. LINE WAS REPLACED AND ACFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
