LEFT BLEED AIR FAILURE ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED DURING CRUISE AT 17,000FT. ALL ENGINE INDICATIONS NORMAL. BLEED AIR FAIL CHECKLIST COMPLIED WITH. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REPAIRED EVA TUBE IN LEFT WHEEL WELL WITH SPLICE P/N 101-970093-1 AND LINE CLAMPS P/N 130292A4. LEAK CHECK GOOD.
L BL AIR FAIL ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED DURING CRUISE. ALL ENGINE INDICATIONS NORMAL. MAINTENANCE DISCOVERED A SCREW HAD CHAFED A HOLE INTO BLEED AIR LINE.
RIGHT BRAKE INOPERATIVE ON PILOT SIDE. RT BRAKE VERY WEAK ON COPILOT SIDE.
AIRCRAFT STARTING AN UNCOMMANDED AND UNCONTROLLABLE LEFT TURN WHILE DECELERATING. LEFT PILOT SEAT RIGHT BRAKE PEDAL "FELT LIKE MUSH" AND DEPRESSED FULLY AND HAD NO AFFECT ON BRAKING ACTION. RH BRAKES HAD AIR IN LINE. BLED LINE. NO FURTHER ACTION REQUIRED.
ON LANDING ROLL OUT, AIRCRAFT WOULD NOT TURN RIGHT WITH FULL RIGHT PEDAL.
AT FL 260 CABIN FILLED WITH WHITE SMOKE. EMERGENCY DECLARED, EMERGENCY DESCENT EXECUTED.
LOW OIL PRESSURE. 29PSI AT CRUISE POWER, RED ANNUNCIATOR ALSO ON NR 1 ENGINE
BEFORE LANDING CHECKLIST, GEAR LEVER WAS PLACED IN THE DOWN POSITION, THE PIC NOTED THAT THE NOSE & TWO MLG INDICATOR GREEN LIGHTS WERE NOT ILLUMINATED. THE PIC ALSO INFORMED THE CREW THAT THE LG RELAY CB WAS OPEN, OR POPPED. CONTROL TOWER VISUALLY INSPECTED THE UNDER CARRIAGE OF THE ACFT & REPORTED IT APPEARED TO HAVE NO LG OR ASSOCIATED DOOR PANELS EXTENDED. THE LG WAS MANUALLY EXTENDED & A NON-EVENTFUL FULL STOP LANDING ENSUED. FAULTY TERMINAL ON ELEC MOTOR. REPLACED HYD POWER PACK ASSEMBLY.
FUEL LEAK OUT OF LT ENG AUXILIARY TANK COVER PANEL. TIGHTENED HARDWARE & LINES, NO LEAKS FOUND.
RIGHT BLEED AIR FAIL LIGHT ILLUMINATED IN FLIGHT. RAN CHECKLIST AND DIVERTED FOR AN UNSCHEDULED LANDING. MAINTENANCE FOUND RIGHT BLEED AIR PRESSURE SWITCH TO BE WEAK. ALSO FOUND HOLE IN EVA TUBING. REPLACED SWITCH AND TUBE SECTION.
WHILE CLIMBING THROUGH FL 190, RIGHT BLEED AIR FAIL LIGHT AND MASTER WARNING ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED. CREW ACCOMPLISHED EMERGENCY CHECKLIST AND PNF ALERTED ATC. AN UNEVENTFUL LANDING WAS ACCOMPLISHED AND AIRCRAFT TURNED OVER TO MAINTENANCE. REMOVED AND REPLACED DUCT ON RT HEAT EXCHANGER AND INSTALLED NEW BLEED AIR TUBING.
COPILOT'S WINDSHIELD CRACKED IN CENTER OF WINDOW - TOP-TO-BOTTOM (OUTSIDE PLY ONLY). SUBMITTER STATED IT LOOKS LIKE A BUILD-UP OF STATIC ELECTRICITY.
