CLIMBING OUT THROUGH ABOUT FL230, RIGHT SIDE THRUST REVERSER âUNLOCKâ ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED.
FORWARD, LEFT SIDE PASSENGER/CREW DOOR. AFT HINGE HALF (ON DOOR) FOUND CRACKED WITH INTERGRANULAR CORROSION. FOUND WHILE AIRCRAFT WAS IN KISO HANGER FOR OTHER MAINTENANCE. WHILE TROUBLE SHOOTING A DOOR LIGHT ISSUE THE DOOR STAIRS WERE REMOVED AND REVILED THE DAMAGED HINGE.
FLT 4105 - DURING TAKEOFF ROLL RT ENGINE SRL CAP LIGHT ILLUMINATED. CREW ELECTED TO ABORT TAKEOFF. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO GATE WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. PIT MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED SRL COMPUTER IAW MM 72-00-00. OPS GOOD, AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE. (M)
FLT 4098 - DURING TAKEOFF ROLL, CREW REPORTED THE LEFT 'BETA' CAPTION ILLUMINATED, TAKEOFF WAS ABORTED AND THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO THE GATE WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. INSPECTED LEFT ENGINE BETA INDICATION SYSTEM AND ENGINE, NO DEFECTS NOTED. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
