DURING NORMAL APPROACH THE PILOT SELECTED GEAR DOWN, THE HYDRAULIC POWER PACK FAILED TO ENERGIZE RESULTING IN THE LANDING GEAR FAILING TO EXTEND. THE PILOT MANUALLY EXTENDED THE LANDING GEAR AND LANDED THE AIRCRAFT NORMALLY RESULTING IN NO DAMAGE. THE SYSTEM WAS TROUBLESHOT TO A DEFECTIVE HYDRAULIC RELAY P.N. 9740926112.
ON DOWNWIND BEFORE LANDING, THE STICK SHAKER ACTIVATED. THE ACFT WAS WELL ABOVE THE SPEED WHICH THE STICK SHAKER SHOULD HAVE ACTIVATED. ADJUSTED AOA.
STICK SHAKER ACTIVATED ON TAKEOFF AT 600 FT AGL. PILOT INTERRUPTED THE SYS USING THE YOKE MOUNTED INTERRUPT BUTTON, DECREASED AOA, INCREASED AIRSPEED AND OPENED THE STICK SHAKER CIRCUIT BREAKER AS A PRECAUTION. ONCE AT A SAFE ALTITUDE RAN INADVERTENT SHAKER OPERATION EMERGENCY CHECKLIST. MAINTENANCE DISCOVERED LT AOA PROBE REQUIRED ADJUSTMENT. ADJUSTED PROBE AND RETURNED ACFT TO SERVICE.
