CREW REPORTED THAT THE EMERGENCY LIGHT AT ROW 15 DID NOT ILLUMINATED WITH THE LIGHTS ON. MAINTENANCE FOUND EMERGENCY LIGHT CONNECTOR AT ROW 15 LOOSE, SECURED IAW AMM AND OPS CHECKED GOOD.
DURING FLIGHT, CREW RECEIVED A LANDING GEAR DISAGREE MESSAGE AND THE GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT. CREW RETURNED TO DEPATURE AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. AT CRUISE ALTITUDE CREW RECEIVED AN EICAS MESSAGE ELEV THRU COMP FAIL. SHORTLY THEREAFTER WE NOTICED THE N1 AND ITT GAUGES ON BOTH ENGINE WERE FLUCTUATING WHILE IN CRUISE FLIGHT WITH NO ADJUSTMENTS TO THE THROTTLES. AS CREW STARTED THEIR DESCENT THEY RECEIVED AN EICAS MESSAGE "GROUND SPOILERS FAIL" AND SHORTLY AFTER RECEIVED "AOA LIMIT FAIL EICAS" MESSAGE. CREW DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE DOWNLOAD OF FHDB/DVDR FAULT CODES POINTING AT ADSP NR 3. MAINTENANCE RESET POWER, PERFORMED RTS TO VERIFY ALL FMC ARE GOOD AND CLEARED INHIBITS ON FLAP CHANNELS. MAINTENANCE ACCOMPLISHED A FINAL RESET OF AIRCRAFT POWER, CYCLED FLAPS AND RAN ENGINES; ALL FAULTS CLEARED, NO CORRELATIONS FOUND.
FLIGHT 6472 DFW TO JFK AFTER DEPARTING DFW IN CRUISE FLIGHT THE CREW RECEIVED AN AMBER FLAP FAILURE EICAS WARNING. DIVERT TO IND AND DECLARED AN EMERGENCY. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE LEFT O/B T4 SKEW SENSOR.
FLIGHT 6460 SLC TO IND ON TAXI CREW NOTICED A BUMP AND ATTRIBUTED TO A POT HOLE, NO ABNORMAL TAXI CHARACTERISTICS NOTED. ON T/O ROLL AT APPROX 110 KTS CREW EXPERIENCED ABNORMAL VIBRATION AND REJECTED TAKEOFF. A/C WAS BROUGHT TO A FULL STOP BUT COULD NOT EXIT RUNWAY, TOWER SCRAMBLED CRASH CREW WITH NO INCIDENT. ON INSPECTION BOTH RIGHT MAIN TIRES WERE FOUND TO HAVE BLOWN. INCIDENT IS UNDER INVESTIGATION TO DETERMINE THE CAUSE AND CORRECTIVE ACTION.
