AT TAKEOFF, WITH ALL CABIN HEAT ON, SOME SMOKE IN CABIN WITH A CHEMICAL ODOR. TAKEOFF ABORTED WITHOUT INCIDENT. INSPECTED ACFT HEATER SYS, FOUND ENGINE WASH FLUID ODOR PRESENT. GROUND RUN ACFT WITHOUT HEATER, NO SMOKE OR ODOR NOTED. TURNED HEATER ON UNTIL ODOR HAD DISSIPATED, NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED, OPS CHECK FLIGHT REQUIRED.
RECURRING INCIDENT, MORE THAN FOUR SEPARATE INCIDENTS SPANNING LESS THAN A FIVE MONTH PERIOD AND ON DIFFERENT AC. CIRCUIT BOARD CORROSION CAUSED DECU T4.5 TRIM FAULTS UPON SHUT DOWN, CONFORMATION BOX WIRES CORROSION RESULTED IN DECU T4.5 TRIM FAULT UPON SHUTDOWN AND CONFORMATION BOX WIRE CHAFED CAUSED FALSE T4.5 COCKPIT INDICATION.
ON RUN UP, THE NR 1 FIRE CAUTION LIGHT CAME ON. MAINTENANCE CLEANED THE NR1 FIRE DETECTOR CONNECTOR PLUG AND RESET MASTER CAUTION BREAKER, GROUND OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS GOOD.
WHEN RETRACTING LANDING GEAR AFTER TAKEOFF THE RED GEAR UNLOCKED LIGHT CAME ON. RECYCLED GEAR WITH SAME AFFECT. RETURNED TO GNO WITH GEAR LOCKED IN THE DOWN POSITION. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED LANDING GEAR FOUND WEIGHT ON WHEEL SWITCH BRACKET SLIGHTLY OUT OF AFJUSTMENT, ADJUSTED BRACKET AS REQUIRED.
BULKHEAD CRACKED FRO RT STIFFENER BL18 TO EDGE OF CUT OUT FOR BAGGAGE DOOR. CRACKS FORM RIVET HOLE TO EDGE. DOOR ASSY ALSO CRACKS AROUND UPPER ATTACHMENT RIVETS.
