WHEN PERFORMING A 180 TURN TO TAXI BACK TO THE TERMINAL, THE LEFT BRAKES LOOSE EFFECTIVENESS CAUSING LOSS OF DIRECTIONAL CONTROL AND SKIPPING OUT OF THE RUNWAY TO THE LEFT.
