THE PILOT DEPARTED RWY 9 ON THE SUNNY TRANSITION TO VQS AND AT APPROXIMATELY 1 MILE NORTH OF PUNTA LAS MARIAS, THE PIC DECIDED TO RETURN TO SIG DUE TO STIFFNESS OF THE RIGHT RUDDER PEDDLE. AN EMERGENCY WAS NOT DECLARED DUE TO THE PIC HAVING FULL CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT. ONCE THE AIRCRAFT LANDED AND ALL PASSENGERS WERE DEPLANED, THE PIC CONTACTED CP AND THE DM IN REGARDS. THE AIRCRAFT WAS THEN GROUNDED AND FULLY INSPECTED WITH NO DISCREPANCY FOUND. A GROUND CHECK AND TEST FLIGHT WAS THEN PERFORMED, AND ALL CONTROL INPUTS WERE FOUND TO BE NORMAL.
PILOT REPORTED THAT AFTER LANDING, WHEN IN LANDING ROLL BRAKING, HE EXPERIENCED A RIGHT BRAKES LOSS BUT WAS ABLE TO STOP THE AIRCRAFT. WHEN PERFORMING A 180 TURN TO TAXI BACK TO THE TERMINAL, THE LEFT BRAKES LOOSE EFFECTIVENESS CAUSING LOSS OF DIRECTIONAL CONTROL AND SKIPPING OUT OF THE RUNWAY TO THE LEFT.
LEFT BRAKE DIDN'T RESPOND WHEN APPLY.
DURING THE LANDING ROLL WHEN BRAKES WHERE APPLIED THE R/H BRAKE BEGIN TO DRAG. UPON INSPECTION FOUND THE R/H LANDING GEAR OUTBOARD WHEEL DISC CRACK.

DURING CRUISE RT ENGINE PROPELLER FEATHERING WITHOUT NOTICE. ENGINE SHUT DOWN AND LANDING WITHOUT PROBLEMS. DURING INVESTIGATION, FOUND PROPELLER GOVERNOR SPLINE SHAFT BROKEN IN TWO PIECES. REPLACED GOVERNOR, RUN UP SATISFACTORY. POSSIBLE GOVERNOR INTERNAL DAMAGE.
ON CRUISE FLIGHT, RIGHT ENGINE STARTED TO VIBRATE AND LEAK OIL. PILOT DECLARED EMERGENCY AND LANDED AT TORTOLA AIRPORT (BEEF ISLAND). PRELIMINARY INSPECTION REVEALED RIGHT ENGINE CRANKCASE CRACKED. ENGINE CHANGE. (X)
AFTER TAKEOFF, LEFT ENGINE SURGED. PILOT NOTICED FUEL PRESSURE DROP. PERFORMED PROCEDURES, ELECTRICAL FUEL PUMP ACTIVATED, ENGINE CONTINUOUS WORKING NORMAL WHEN FUEL PRESSURE INCREASED.
DURING NORMAL DAY OPERATION, PILOT REPORTED RIGHT ENGINE OIL LEAK. DURING VISUAL ISPECTION, FOUND CRACKCASE CRACK BETWEEN CLYINDERS 4 AND 6. RIGHT ENGINE CHANGE.
FLT 709 - VIEQUES TO LUIS MUNOS MARIN INT'L AIRPORT OVER PLAZA CAROLINA, LEFT ENGINE LOST POWER AND QUIT. REAR CASE OPENED AND FOUND CRANKSHAFT GEAR BROKEN AND ENGINE CONTAMINATED.
PILOT REPORTED HIGH OIL TEMPERATURE. OIL FILTER REMOVED AND FOUND METAL PARTICLE CONTAMINATION. MAGNETOS REMOVED AND FOUND MAGNETO IMPULSE COUPLING PIN BROKEN. METAL PARTICLES CONTAMINATED ENGINE. ENGINE REMOVED TO REPAIR OR OVERHAUL.
DURING RUN-UP, PILOT REPORTED LEFT ENGINE WOULD NOT START. LEFT MAGNETO REMOVED AND FOUND MAGNETO COUPLING PIN BROKEN AND CRANKSHAFT IDLER GEAR ASSY, P/N 71668, BROKEN. GEAR ASSEMBLY REPLACED.
DURING CLIMB, ENGINE STARTED TO LEAK OIL. PROPELLER WAS FEATHERED AND ENGINE SHUT DOWN. INVESTIGATION REVEALED OIL LEAK WAS BETWEEN PROPELLER DOME AND HUB. PROPELLER REPLACED.
STX/FDO - FLT 908 - ON DESCENT LEAVING 2,000 FEET, NR 2 ENGINE QUIT. FOLLOWING ALL PROCEDURES, PILOT FEATHERED ENGINE AND LANDING AT FDO AIRPORT WITHOUT FURTHER PROBLEMS. BROKEN GEAR ASSY FOUND AND ENGINE REMOVED FOR FURTHER INSPECTION. OVERHAULED ENGINE, INSTALLED ON PROCESS.

PILOT REPORTED INOPERATIVE MAGNETO ON REAR ENGINE, LEFT POSITION. MECHANIC REMOVED MAGNETO AND FOUND THE LEFT CRANKSHAFT IDLER GEAR ASSEMBLY WORN OUT AND ENGINE OIL SUMP SUCTION FILTER CONTAMINATED WITH METAL PARTICLES. ENGINE CHANGED.
DURING CRUISE FLIGHT, RIGHT ENGINE QUIT AND PROPELLER FEATHERED. RIGHT GOVERNOR REMOVED AND FOUND BROKEN SHAFT. GOVERNOR REPLACED AND AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING SCHEDULED FLIGHT AFTER TAKEOFF CLIMB AT 700 MSL, THE REAR ENGINE STARTED DECREASING RPM'S, AND INCREASING MANIFOLD ON REAR ENGINE. VIBRATION FELT ON AIRCRAFT RETURN AND LANDING WITHOUT ANY FURTHER INCIDENT. REAR ENGINE RUN-UP AND FOUND DEFECTIVE MECHANICAL FUEL PUMP. REPLACED BY NEW ONE. ENGINE RUN-UP AND FOUND AIRWORTHY. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING TAKEOFF, REAR ENGINE LOST POWER AND PROPELLER FEATHER. REAR GOVERNOR REMOVED AND FOUND BROKEN SHAFT. GOVERNOR REPLACED AND AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING CRUISE FLIGHT, RIGHT ENGINE QUIT AND PROPELLER FEATHERED. RIGHT GOVERNOR REMOVED AND FOUND BROKEN SHAFT. GOVERNOR REPLACED AND AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
