LT ENGINE OIL QUANTITY LOW, READS 4 QTS 6 HRS INTO FLIGHT, 1 QT AT 8 HRS. FOUND LEFT ENGINE PRESSURE OIL FILTER BOWL O-RING DAMAGED. REPLACED O-RINGS AND FILTER. LEAK CKS OK. ENGINE SERVICED WITH 16 QTS EXXON 2197.
DURING CONFIDENCE CHECK, FOUND NO MONITORS OPERATING AT VDU 8 AND 9, VDU 8 J2 CONNECTOR FOUND OVERHEATED. NEED NEW J2 CONNECTOR. C/B P210 C1 VIDEO DIST 4 PULLED AND COLLARED. ALL CONNECTORS AT VDU 8 BAGGED AND TIED BACK. NEED NEW J2 CONNECTOR (P/N W6961).
RIGHT ENGINE ANTI-ICE VALVE CLOSED IN FLIGHT INTERMITTENTLY. SHOULD HAVE REMAINED OPEN. SEVERAL B-NUTS LOOSE ON EAI CONTROLLER. TIGHTENED B-NUTS AND ALL SYSTEMS CHECK GOOD. NOT ABLE TO REC NO ICE CLEARANCE.
