UPON GEAR EXTENSION, WE HAD A LO BRK PRESS AND ANTI SKID INOP ALONG WITH A YELLOW MASTER CAUTION LIGHT. FOUND BRAKE HYDRO ACCUMULATOR TO BE LOW. SERVICED ACCUMULATOR, OPS CHECK GOOD.
CAB, DOOR ILLUMINATED AT APPROX 11,000 FT CAB ALT, ILLUMINATED AT APPROX 13200 CAB ALT INDICATED 10,000FT ON INDICATOR MADE IMMEDIATE DECENT TO 10000 AND RETURNED TO JAX DURING DECENT CAB ALT AND CABIN DOOR WENT OUT. PURGED DOOR SEAL AND REPLACED DEFECTIVE CABIN DOOR SEAL INFLATION HOSE.
CABIN PRESSURE CONTROLLER WAS CLIMBING FASTER THAN IT SHOULD AND CABIN WAS NOT PRESSURIZING. MAINTENANCE FOUND PRESSURE SOURCE KNOB CLOCKED WRONG. CLOCKED KNOB CORRECTLY. OPS CK GOOD
NO GREEN LEFT LANDING GEAR LIGHT ON APPROACH. UNSAFE GEAR CONDITION. DECLARED EMERGENCY. DIVERTED TO PBI. DID THE LOWER APPROACH BURN OFF SOME FUEL AND HAD AN UNEVENTFUL LANDING. THE LIGHT DID COME ON, FINALLY ON SHORT APPROACH INTO PALM BEACH.
