RIGHT MAIN GEAR INNER DOOR OPENS ON EVERY LANDING. # 3 MLG DOOR HINGE BUSHINGS FOUND TO BE WORN. R&R ALL ASSOCIATED BUSHING AND ADJUSTED #3 MLG DOOR IAW SA227 66 MM 52-80-10 RTS GOOD.
R & R #3 MLG BRAKE LINE, BLED BRAKES IAW SA227 MM CH 32-41-00 NO DEFECTS NOTED
PILOT REPORTED E2 FAILURE SPOOL BACK FOLLOWED BY CHIP DETECTOR LIGHT. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED 1ST IDLER, DIAPHRAGM, AND PLANETARY GEARS.
RIGHT MLG COLLAPSED WHILE TOWING ACFT INTO MX HANGAR. ACFT SUSTAINED DAMAGE TO AFT FUSELAGE, RT WING & NACELLE, RT PROPELLER & POSSIBLY RT ENG. FOUND BOLTS WHICH ATTACH POSITIONING CAMS TO UPPER DRAG BRACE SHEARED. INVESTIGATION INTO CAUSE & CAUSAL FACTORS UNDERWAY.
RIGHT MLG FAILED TO LOCK IN UP POSITION AFTER TAKEOFF. RECYCLED LG SUCCESSFULLY & REPORTED ISSUE TO MX AFTER THE FLIGHT. CLEANED & LUBRICATED THE RT MLG.
PILOT REPORTED THAT GEAR DOOR WARNING ILLUMINATED UPON LANDING. FOUND BROKEN BOLTS ON THE RT MLG DOOR ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY. THIS WAS THE SECOND DIFFICULTY OF THIS TYPE ON THIS ACFT WITHIN ONE WEEK. REPLACED BOLTS & PERFORMED EXTENSIVE GEAR RETRACTION TESTS. FOUND ACTUATOR BELL CRANK BEARINGS WORN & REPLACED.
UPON LANDING, LANDING GEAR DOOR WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. MX FOUND BROKEN BOLTS ON RT MLG DOOR ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY.
ON CLIMB THROUGH 14000, FLIGHT CREW NOTED ENGINE TEMPERATURE INCREASING AND TTL BYPASS SYSTEM ACTIVATION. POWER LEVER MOVEMENT HAD NO EFFECT ON ENGINE AND FLIGHT CREW PULLED THE STOP AND FEATHER CONTROL DUE TO OVER-TEMPERATURE CONDITION. ACFT DIVERTED. MX PERSONNEL PERFORMED TROUBLESHOOTING AND FOUND THE FUEL CONTROL UNIT HAD "RAN AWAY" DUE TO INTERNAL FAILURE. ENGINE WAS REMOVED FROM ACFT TO CONDUCT OVER-TEMP INSPECTION OF ENGINE HOT SECTION (SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT TO FOLLOW). DEFECTIVE FCU TO BE SENT TO VENDOR FOR EVALUATION (SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT TO FOLLOW).
AFTER TAKEOFF, SPARKS WERE NOTED EXITING TAIL PIPE, ACFT RETURNED TO AIRPORT AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT, AFTER SHUTDOWN, ON PULLING ENGINE THROUGH FOR COOL DOWN THE ENGINE CAUGHT AND COULD NOT BE SPOOLED. UPON ENGINE TEARDOWN, THE COMPRESSOR DIFFUSER SEAL WAS FOUND TO HAVE MOVED ALLOWING CONTACT WITH IMPELLER. THE SEAL RETAINER WAS WORN AWAY UNTIL THE RETAINER RING RELEASED.
PILOT REPORTED LEFT MAIN GEAR UNSAFE INDICATION ON ROLL OUT. VISUALLY CHECKED THE GEAR AND FOUND THE OUTBOARD TRUNNION PIN MISSING.
