IT WAS NOTED IN THE REPORT, THE 4, 5, AND 6 COMPRESSOR TIE ROD BOLTS WERE LOOSE. THERE WAS DAMAGE NOTED TO THE DIFFUSER PIPES, CT SHROUD SEGMENTS AND CT BLADES.
