AFT CARGO DOOR BOTTOM CORNER HAS A DENT. MAINTENANCE COMPLIED WITH AFT CARGO DOOR REPAIR IAW M7 ICAW EO 42R47000-11-ICA-1 REV (IR) DTD JULY 31 2020 AND M7 DWG#42R47000-11-REV (IR) DTD JULY 31 2020.
AFT CARGO DOOR HAS TWO DENTS OUT OF LIMITES ON LOWER PAN. REPAIRED LOWER DOOR PAN IAW M-7 DWG NR 42R47000-07.
REMOVABLE ACCESS DOORS 522CT AND 622CT HOUSING HAD CORROSION BEYOND STRUCTURAL REPAIL MANUAL LIMITS. REMOVED CORROSION IAW SRI DO/S-4620/13-20284.
FOUND CORRROSION ON CREASE BEAM WEB OUT OF LIMITS. REPLACED CREASE BEAM IAW SRM.
FOUND CORROSION ON SEAT TRACK, OUT OF LIMITS. REPLACED SEAT TRACK IAW SRM.
FOUND PITTING CORROSION ON THE HOUSINGS. REPAIRED USING ATR STRUCTURAL REPAIR APPROVAL SHEET NUMBER DO/TS-4415/11.
DURING A 2 YEAR INSPECTION, LEVEL 2 CORROSION WAS FOUND ON THE T-FITTINGS ATTACHING THE RIBS TO THE SPAR. THE FITTINGS AFFECTED ARE LOCATED AT THE I/B, AND O/B HINGE ATTACH POINTS. THE PROBABLE CAUSE IS DISSIMILAR MATERIALS (STEEL BOLTS IN ALUMINUM ALLOYED FITTINGS). THE FITTINGS WERE REPLACED AT RIBS 4, 11/12, AND 19. REFERENCE SRM 57-61-10 FIG 101.
