WHILE EN ROUTE FLIGHT 8115 BQN-PLS THE PILOT REPORTED A FIRE WARNING INDICATION (LIGHT & HORN). THE PILOT EXECUTED AN AIR TURNBACK TO BQN. THE PILOT DID NOT REPORT ANY VISUAL INDICATION OF SMOKE OR FIRE. THE FLIGHT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. AFTER TROUBLESHOOTING THE SYSTEM THE MECHANIC FOUND A BENT PIN ON THE FIRE LOOP CONNECTOR AT THE FIREWALL SECTION. THE FIRE LOOP (P/N 244-18922) WAS REPLACED.

DURING CLIMBOUT OF FLIGHT 8115 BQN-PLS THE PILOT OBSERVED THE ENGINE FIRE WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED WITH ACCOMPANIED AURAL ALARM. THE PILOT RETURNED THE AIRCRAFT TO BQN. AFTER TROUBLESHOOTING THE MECHANIC FOUND A SECTION OF FIRE LOOP IN CONTACT WITH THE VACUUM EJECTOR, AND THE FIRE DETECTOR WAS REPLACED.

THE FIRE WARNING LIGHT CAME ON. THE LIGHT WENT OUT AFTER POWER WAS PULLED BACK, AFTER LANDING IN GND WITH OUT INCIDENT. THE MAINTENANCE PEOPLE FOUND A CRACKED EXHAUST DUCT. AFTER THE DUCT WAS REPLACED THE SYSTEM CHECKED GOOD AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
