LEFT LANDING GEAR DOWN AND LOCK INDICATION INOPERATIVE (BOTH PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SYSTEM INDICATION) ON APPROACH TO BET. AIRCRAFT DIVERTED TO FAI AND MADE ABNORMAL LANDING AFTER VISUAL INSPECTION FROM GROUND THAT GEAR WAS DOWN. INSPECTION OF LMLG INDICATION SYSTEM REVEALED THAT THE INDICATION SWITCH HAVE FAILED.
FLOORBEAM STA 756, RBL 30 UPPER SURFACE CORROSION BLENDOUT. DRILL START DAMAGE TO MAIN CARGO DOOR FWD FRAME BEYOND SRM LIMITS. THE BLEND IS ADJACENT TO FASTENER THAT WAS NOTED TO BE A NAS1097AD6 RIVET BY THE CUSTOMER AND HAS A 0.400" EDGE MARGIN. THE TEE IS FABRICATED FROM 7075-T6511 ALUMINUM EXTRUSION (EXT 1363992) AND IS 0.125" THIS AT THE REWORK LOCATION.

MAIN DECK CUSP WEBS DAMAGED, STA 322-455, RBL 54. DURING THE INSPECTION, DAMAGE WAS DISCOVERED IN VARIOUS AREA OF THE OTBD CUSP WEB BETWEEN FS 322-455. REMOVE EXISTING RING DOUBLERS IN AREAS OF PANEL TO BE TRIMMED OR REPLACED AND REPAIR IAW 53-006-R1 AND R2.
RT HORIZONTAL STABILIZER L/E DAMAGED AT BS XFS 229-235, 4" DAMAGE TRIMOUT. MAKE CUTOUT IAW SRM 55-03, FIG 2, SHT 3, DEVIATIONS APPROVED IAW DOCUMENT N935CE-055-002, CREATE DOUBLER & FILLER.
AFT CARGO PIT DOOR INTERNAL PAN CORROSION REPAIR. AFT CARGO PIT DOOR INTERNAL PAN HAS NUMEROUS AREAS OF CORROSION AT BLIND HI-SHEAR LOCATIONS. REMOVE ALL EVIDENCE OF CORROSION FOR CARGO DOOR PAN. FABRICATE DOUBLERS 063 2024 T3, AND INSTALL IAW DOCUMENT N935CE-52-005.
REPLACEMENT OF PILOT TO CENTER WINDOW LOWER "Z" FRAME. PILOT`S WINDOW TO CENTER WINDOW LOWER "Z" FRAME HAS CORROSION, SHEARED RIVET. THE REPAIR ITSELF INVOLVED THE 2 STAINLESS ANGLES, PN 5910075-99/-100, AT THE LOWER COCKPIT WINDOWS, LT AND RT SIDE. THE CORROSION ON ONE SIDE WAS WITHIN LIMITS, AND THE OTHER SIDE WAS REPLACED WITH A NEW PART.
DAMAGED SEAT TRACK LUG AT FS 400, LBL 54. TO REMOVE AN OUT OF LIMIT IAW SRM CHAPTER 53-05 FIGURE 4B SHEET 1, SEAT TRACK LUG TO PRECLUDE THE INSTALLATION OF ANCHORING DEVICES IN THE DAMAGED AREA. TRIM OUT DAMAGED & MATCHING LUGS IAW DWG 1537-01. TRIM FLUSH TO AVOID THE USE OF THE DAMAGED AREA. THE MAXIMUM PERMISSIBLE DISTANCE FROM THE CTR LINE OF THE SEAT TRACK TO THE EDGE OF THE BLENDED OUT AREA IS 0.450" IAW SRM CHAPTER 53-05 FIGURE 4B SHEET 1 VIEW B.

LONGERON 26 RIGHT BS 598 INTERNAL FINGER DOUBLER PILLOWING AND CRACKED AT SPLICE FITTING. AFTER CORROSION REMOVAL THE AREA WAS OUT OF LIMITS. FABRICATED AND INSTALLED REPAIR IAW SRM 51-10-3, 53-04-1, 51-30-5 AND 51-04-03.

WEB DENTED IN RT SIDE NOSE GEAR WHEEL WELL NEAR RT TRUNION FITTING. REMOVED DAMAGE FROM WEB, FABRICATED REPAIR PARTS FOR DOUBLER AND INSTALLED IAW FLIGHT VEHICLE CONSULTING, DWG 53-14230-1, REV NEW, DATED SEPT 4, 2014. APPROVAL FOR REPAIR IAW FORM 8110-3.
GOUGED AREAS WERE FOUND ON FWD LT SIDE OF VERTICAL STABILIZER UNDER UPPER AND LOWER BANANA FAIRING. GOUGED AREAS WERE FOUND TO BE OUT OF LIMITS. FABRICATED AND INSTALLED REPAIR TO TIP PLATING IAW FLIGHT VEHICLE CONSULTING DWG NR 55-14233-1, REV-NEW, DATED SEPT 8, 2014 AND APPROVED BY FORM 8110-3.
AT ALTITUDE 350 CABIN PRESS LIGHT ILLUMINATED. FOLLOWED ABNORMAL PROCEDURES, COULD NOT RESTORE PRESS. DECLARED AN EMERGENCY WITH CTR AT 0253Z. DESCENDED TO 10,000 CONTINUED TO FAI.
