MAINTENANCE ALSO REPLACED THE NR 1 GENERATOR CONTROL UNIT (GCU) AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK IAW AMM 24-22-02.

THE FLIGHT LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. BITE OF FSLU NR 1 SHOWS LT SLAT TRANSMITTER READING OF LT SLAT TRANSMITTER AT 11.49 WITH FLAPS FULL UP. MAINTENANCE ADJUSTED LT SLAT TRANSMITTER.
DURING CLIMBOUT AT FL300, THE F/O R1 OUTER WINDSHIELD CRACKED WITH A LOUD NOISE. DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND DID AN EMERGENCY DESCENT TO 10,000 FT. RETURNED TO FIELD AND LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. REMOVED AND REPLACED R1 WINDSHIELD.

PHL FLT 1046 - EN ROUTE TPA TO PHL. DURING APPROACH, RECEIVED EICAS MESSAGE FOR GEAR DISAGREE NOSE GEAR DOOR, WITH NO NOSE GEAR GREEN LIGHT. THE GEAR WAS CYCLED, AND OPERATED NORMALLY ON THE SECOND ATTEMPT. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE NOSE LANDING DOOR OPERATED SEQUENCE VALVE. OPERATIONALLY CHECKED OK. PRELIMINARY INSPECTION FOUND UNIT TO BE LEAKING FROM SEALS ON RETAINER (80) AND LEAKING INTERNALLY. TEARDOWN PROCEDURE FOUND ALL PACKING'S AND SEALS WORN OR DAMAGED. SPOOL SLEEVE ASSY HAS WEAR MARKS. REPLACE ALL DEFECTED ITEMS.
PIT - FLT 739 EN ROUTE PHL TO PIT. AT FL 220, THE AIRCRAFT EXPERIENCED A THROTTLE SPLIT OF ABOUT FIVE INCHES BETWEEN ENGINES 1 AND 2. THE MAX EPR ON THE RIGHT ENGINE WAS 1.19 AT THE FIREWALL. THE LEFT ENGINE HAD NORMAL READINGS. THE CREW DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND THE AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE RIGHT ENGINE HP FUEL PUMP AND FUEL FLOW GOVERNOR. BASED ON SHOP FINDINGS, THE FUEL FLOW GOVERNOR WAS DETERMINED TO BE AT FAULT. ALT BIAS BELLOWS ASSEMBLY WAS INOPERATIVE/FAILED TEST.
