FOUND A 3.5 INCH CRACK APPROXIMATELY 6 INCHES DOWN AND .0200 INCH ON THE RIGHT SIDE TRAILING EDGE OF THE RUDDER.
ENGINE WENT TO IDLE CUT OFF IN-FLIGHT. (FLAME OUT.) MAIN ENGINE PUMP SEIZED. ENGINE SHAFT BECAME WORN AND ROUNDED OFF SPLINES.
LEFT ENGINE ROLLED BACK TO IDLE CUT-OFF IN FLIGHT. (FLAME OUT.) MAIN ENGINE FUEL PUMP SEIZED CAUSING ROUNDING OFF OF SPLINE ON PUMP AND DRIVE COUPLING. SUBMITTER SUGGESTED TO INCREASE FREQUENCY OF INSPECTION FOR THIS COMPONENT.
