Part: LEVER — CRACKED (CYCLIC STICK)

DURING A PREFLIGHT INSPECTION IT WAS NOTED THAT THE LEFT CYCLIC INPUT LEVER ATTACHED TO THE MAIN TRANSMISSION WAS CRACKED. PART WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE PROBABLE CAUSE OF FAILURE IS COMPONENT AGE.
