DURING THE LAST PHASE INSPECTION A CRACK WAS DISCOVERED IN THE LEFT ELEVATOR TORQUE TUBE.

AFTER ENGINE INSTALLATION FROM OVERHAUL, THE PERFORMANCE RUN PRODUCED THE "AUX FUEL PUMP" AND "FUEL PRESSURE LOW" LIGHTS ON THE ANNUNCIATOR PANEL CYCLING ON AND OFF TOGETHER. THIS HAPPENS WHEN THE FUEL PRESSURE IN THE HOPPER TANK DROPS BELOW 4.75 PSI. (FUEL PUMP 0.00) (K)

AUTOPILOT WOULD NOT DISENGAGE IN PITCH CONTROL DUE TO SHORTED Q-211 (PITCH ENGAGE TRANSISTOR) SUPPLYING CONTINUOUS POWER TO PITCH SERVO-CLUTCH. AUTOPILOT WAS ABLE TO BE DISENGAGED BY HOLDING DOWN AUTOPILOT DISCONNECT BUTTON AND PULLING AUTOPILOT CIRCUIT BREAKER.
