THROTTLE CONTROL DISCONNECTED FROM CARBURETOR ROD END IN-FLIGHT. FOUND TWO JAM NUTS INSTALLED. CHECKED SERVICE MANUAL, ONLY SUPPOSED TO BE ONE. REMOVED ONE JAM NUT AND RE-ATTACHED THROTTLE CONTROL TO ROD END, RIGGED AND TIGHTENED JAM NUT. CHECKED OPERATION.
