CORROSION FOUND ON DOOR SILL BEAM, APPROXIMATELY 2 INCHES AFT OF BOTTOM FORWARD DOOR STOP. REPAIRED THE DOOR SILL IAW EA 287493.
NO GEAR IN TRANSIT LIGHTS OR DOWN AND LOCKED LIGHTS ILLUMINATED ON GEAR EXTENSION. FOUND TWO CIRCUIT BREAKERS P-38 AND L-14 TRIPPED. RETRACTED AND EXTENDED THE LANDING GEAR, THE LIGHT INDICATIONS WERE NORMAL. CIRCIUT BREAKERS P-38 & L-14 DID NOT TRIP. THEAIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED.
DURING A SECOND APPROACH, THE SPEED BRAKE DID NOT ARM FOR LANDING. A SECOND GO-AROUND WAS ACCOMPLISHED. THE FLIGHT LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT ON THIRD ATTEMPT. THE AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED TEST SPOILER AUTOMATIC SYSTEM LANDING MODE PER AMM 27-60-00. OPERATIONS CHECK GOOD.
ON TAKEOFF, PRESSURIZATION FLOW LIGHT ILLUMINATED, CAUSING INABILITY TO PRESSURIZE AIRCRAFT. AN EMERGENCY WAS DELCARED AND RETURNED TO DEPARTURE, LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED. NO FAULTS NOTED ON BOTH PRESSURE CONTROLLERS. DECAY CHECKED GOOD IAW AMM 21-00-00. SEVERAL DUCT LEAKS WERE REPAIRED.

ROW 21 OVERWING EMERGENCY LIGHT INOPERABLE. FOUND THE BATTERY PACK INSTALLED IN THE WRONG DIRECTION. INSTALLED BATTERIES CORRECTLY IAW AMM 33-60-98.
SEAT 5E AFT EMERGENCY LIGHT ASSEMBLY INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE LIGHT IAW AMM 33-60-95, AND PERFORMED SATISFACTORY OPS CHECK.
NOSE GEAR GREEN LIGHT DID NOT ILLUMINATE ON INITIAL GEAR EXTENSION. CYCLED GEAR, STILL NO NOSE GREEN INITIALLY, CAME ON AFTER ABOUT 30 SECONDS. ADJUSTED THE NOSE LANDING GEAR DOWN LOCK PROXIMITY SENSOR IAW AMM 32-60-05.
DURING PREFLIGHT, FOUND THE OVERWING EMERGENCY LIGHTS ILLUMINATED WITH EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT SWITCH IN OFF OR ARM. REPLACED EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY PACK IAW AMM 33-53-00.
DURING LANDING, THE NR 3 MAIN LANDING GEAR TIRE BLEW OUT. THE AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE TIRE IAW AMM 32-40-01 AND PERFORMED SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK.
