WAS THE PILOT-IN-COMMAND MISJUDGED THE PROPER TOUCHDOWN POINT ON THE RUNWAY. CONTRIBUTING TO THE ACCIDENT WAS THE SNOW-COVERED TERRAIN AND A SNOWBANK.
