THE PILOT ATTEMPTED VFR FLIGHT INTO IMC WEATHER CONDITIONS. CONTRIBUTING TO THE ACCIDENT WERE THE MOUNTAINOUS/HILLY TERRAIN, AND THE LOW CEILING WEATHER CONDITION.
