Probable cause

THE PILOT'S IMPROPER IN-FLIGHT DECISION WHEN HE LANDED DOWNWIND, AND BEYOND THE PROPER TOUCHDOWN POINT. ADDITIONALLY, HE FAILED TO ATTAIN A SAFE CLIMB SPEED, WHICH RESULTED IN A STALL/SPIN. A FACTOR WAS THE HIGH DENSITY ALTITUDE.
