Probable cause

THE FAILURE AND SUBSEQUENT SEIZURE OF THE REDUCTION GEAR BOX, AND THE FAILURE OF THE PROPELLER CONTROL UNIT AS A RESULT OF CONTAMINATED OIL SUPPLY WHICH IS SHARED WITH THE GEAR BOX.
