INADEQUATE SUPERVISION BY THE INSTRUCTOR AND INADEQUATE COMPENSATION FOR WIND CONDITIONS BY THE STUDENT PILOT. THE UNFAVORABLE WIND CONDITION FOR SUPERVISED SOLO LANDING TRAINING WAS A FACTOR.
