Probable cause
THE CAPTAIN'S DELAY IN ISSUING INSTRUCTIONS TO THE FLIGHT ATTENDANTS TO TAKE THEIR SEATS, AND HIS POOR CREW COORDINATION. A FACTOR IN THE ACCIDENT WAS THE TURBULENCE IN CLOUDS.
