THE FAILURE OF THE FLIGHT CREW TO FOLLOW EMERGENCY PROCEDURES/DIRECTIVES. FACTORS WERE THE FAILURE OF THE AIRCRAFT ELECTRICAL SYSTEM (RELAYS) AND THE FAILURE OF THE COMPANY TO PROVIDE A JETWAY OPERATOR.
