THE PILOT'S MISJUDGMENT OF AIRPLANE ATTITUDE, AIRSPEED AND DISTANCE WHILE ON FINAL APPROACH. A FACTOR WAS THE INSTRUCTOR PILOT'S INADEQUATE SUPERVISION.
