THE NON HELICOPTER RATED PILOT'S FAILURE TO MAINTAIN DIRECTIONAL CONTROL DURING AN ATTEMPTED PRECAUTIONARY LANDING. A FACTOR WAS THE PILOTS TOTAL LACK OF EXPERIENCE IN HELICOPTERS.
