Probable cause

FAILURE OF THE NOSEGEAR ASSEMBLY STEERING ACTUATOR DUE TO PLAY AT THE LOWER TRUNNION, WHICH CAUSED A VIBRATION, FAILURE OF THE STEERING ACTUATOR, SUBSEQUENT ON GROUND LOSS OF CONTROL, AND ON-GROUND COLLISION WITH A SIGN DURING LANDING ROLLOUT.
