POOR IN-FLIGHT PLANNING/DECISION BY THE PILOT-IN-COMMAND RESULTING IN THE OFF AIRPORT LANDING. CONTRIBUTING TO THE ACCIDENT WAS HIS LACK OF TOTAL EXPERIENCE.
