THE PASSENGER FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS TO BE SEATED AND UTILIZE A SEATBELT. CONTRIBUTING TO THE ACCIDENT WAS THE IN FLIGHT ENCOUNTER WITH TURBULENCE.
