THE USE OF AN IMPROPER GRADE OF FUEL, WHICH WAS APPROVED BY THE CAPTAIN AND RESULTED IN A LOSS OF ENGINE POWER DUIRNG CLIMBOUT AND AN IN FLIGHT COLLISION WITH TERRAIN.
