Probable cause
THE LOSS OF CONTROL IN FLIGHT BY THE PILOT DUE TO HIS IMPROPER PREFLIGHT PREPARATION IN FAILING TO SECURE CARGO WHICH SHIFTED IN FLIGHT AND INTERFERED WITH THE MOVEMENT OF THE CYCLIC CONTROL STICK.
